First time using a mechanic since moving here because they were highly recommended. They replaced my alternator in a really good amount of time. Customer service was great and its super clean in the waiting room. Integrity and good communication are my two most respected traits and they have both of those.

They handle my yearly vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, and every visit has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. Their availability, transparency, communication, and quality of work consistently stand out. The staff is always honest, helpful, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without making you feel pressured. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can genuinely trust, and this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto service.

They were able to get to the root of my problem which had been misdiagnosed by the dealership. Donovan went above and beyond my expectations. I am thankful to have finally found an honest and knowledgeable mechanic business! I will be returning.
View on GoogleI’ve previously used and recommended this place to others, but won’t be using them anymore. I brought my car in for an oil change, a warranty alignment, an electrical issue, and also ended up getting wiper blades. The electrical issue was not repaired, they tried to charge for the warranty alignment, and all said and done tried to charge me $500. On top of that, they tried to get me to have services done that they had just completed a couple of visits ago. Then the totals kept changing on what I’d be charged. And to top it off, they didn’t even offer the normal shuttle service they usually offer. And a customer service rep will probably respond saying to contact customer service to report the issue, but that’s already been done, and the management won’t call back. Trust with any vehicle maintenance company is difficult at best due to so many shops trying to take advantage, and while they were once reputable, I can no longer trust this company. I do not recommend bringing your car here.
