We've had many vehicles in our family, and Reliant has fixed them all for the last five years. From routine service to major repairs. I trust Sam and his crew to give an accurate diagnosis (good or bad) and fix it correctly. They have saved me from Mercedes dealers costs many times. Mercedes was going to charge $8k to replace the catalytic converters. Took it to Sam he said he could do it, but I should take it back to the dealer, because the converters were still under warranty (which Mercedes neglected to tell me). I like the way Reliant runs their business. If you want cookies go to the dealership… if you want honest reliable service on your car, take it to Reliant.

I've taken a 1984 and a 2010 Mercedes to this repair shop. The owners are honest, down-to-earth yet classy people who deal fairly and respectfully with their customers. They've always beat Mercedes dealer pricing with a greater level of service, using only the best parts (the same the dealer would use). The owner has gone the extra mile for me when dealing with difficult warranty companies or giving me a ride home while the vehicle was being repaired. They take their time to explain what's going on with the vehicle and will give you the best options and scenarios to aid in your decision making. I would recommend this shop to any friend or family member because I know they would be treated right. They work on average vehicle as well as top of line, custom vehicles. He has impeccable experience.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Reliant. My car was involved in an accident and the amount of repair it required was substantial. From the moment I set foot in the shop, I knew I had made the right decision in bringing my car here to repair. Sam, the owner, is not only extremely knowledgeable in his profession, he also knows how to treat his customers. He was quick to inform me of what the entire process would be to repair my vehicle. He took the time to answer each and every one of my questions. He was also quick to answer my phone calls, and kept me up-to-date on the status of the repairs. His timetable was correct. Reliant not only provides world-class auto repair service, but they do so in a courteous manner. A combination that is very hard to find these days. I am very happy to add my recommendation. Very informative and did great work on my Jeep Wrangler, got it running like new. Would have given 5 starts, but they never really gave me a reliable price range for the job. Didn’t tell me the price until after the job was done and I was stuck with a very high bill. But if money is no issue, they do great professional work.
