Darr is the man! This guy took time after his shop to come to my house miles away from his work to install a new battery an alternator in my car after shopping around for the best price. He has never not answered a phone call or text from me and even has done some work he didn't charge me for. Would recommend 100% to anybody for anything! Extremely knowledgeable can answer any question and hast the best prices around.

From the start, my mechanic, Dar, was upfront about what was going on with my vehicle. Instead of pushing everything at once, he clearly explained each issue, showed me the problem areas, and helped me prioritize what actually needed attention right away versus what could wait. That alone made a huge difference. What I appreciated most was how willing he was to work within my budget. He didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs and took the time to explain options so I could make an informed decision. As someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars, I also valued how he broke things down in a way that made sense—no confusing jargon, just honest, practical advice. On top of that, he actually takes the time to educate you. He shares tips on how to maintain your car, points out small repairs you can handle on your own, and explains what to watch for so you can avoid bigger, more expensive problems down the line. That kind of guidance is rare and really empowering. I also want to mention his assistant, Ricardo—he’s just as knowledgeable and patient, and together they make a great team. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Overall, I felt respected, informed, and taken care of. We selected this shop on its positive reviews and b called for a vehicle repair that we needed completed promptly for my husband to get to work. The parts were supplied and we understood that the shop’s responsibility was limited to labor. After the front seal was replaced, the vehicle began leaking oil, an issue that was not present before the repair. We then spent an additional day waiting for a response regarding a follow-up appointment that was missed without notice. Despite several attempts to reach the shop, my husband was informed that we would need to pay again to fix the issue. The lack of communication and unwillingness to stand behind the work was disappointing.

I was informed that Quickfix Automotive can make repairs on older cars, so I made that phone call. I talked with Dar and he was very professional and communicate very well. His technician Ricardo came out and performed the repair flawlessly, very attentive to detail. Even with old panels, he took his time removing and installing interior components, not rushing making sure everything is flush high and tight. He was easy to talk with and joke around with. when he was done he made sure everything worked and looked good. He went over his work making sure nothing was loose and all was tight. It was just an all around great experience. I already have a few jobs lined up in the near future, I'm excited to see. It's nice seeing a fellow tech take so much pride in his work...it was great

My check engine light came on, so I went to AutoZone and they said it was maybe the catalytic converter and recommended QuickFix. I reached out to Dar the owner and he came out the next day with his team to check my car. He explained what was going on, didn’t try to pressure me into anything like most shops would, and just kept it real with me. He then check engine light went off and told me to drive about 100 miles to see if it came back on and it didn’t, which was a big relief. Overall experience was super easy and great. Great communication, very transparent, and I’ll definitely be going back if I need anything else.
