I can’t say enough great things about Precision! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless. There was no wait at all—I pulled up and was taken care of immediately. The customer service was truly top notch, friendly, efficient, and professional the entire time. What really blew me away was how easy everything was. I didn’t even have to get out of my car! The whole process was incredibly quick and seamless—exactly what you want when dealing with something like a state inspection. And the price? The lowest I’ve ever come across. That alone would’ve impressed me, but paired with this level of service, it’s unbeatable. I’ve been loyal to other inspection spots in the past, but my husband suggested I try Precision—and I’m so glad I did. They’ve officially earned a customer for life. The staff was friendly and professional, but also genuinely customer-focused which led to a level of trust. Soon after, I discovered my vehicle needed extensive repair with some time urgency. The owner went out of his way to accommodate me, offering to get the repairs done outside of the normal business hours for most mechanic shops . That level of flexibility and care is rare. The service was prompt, the communication was excellent, and I felt they genuinely cared about the reliability and integrity of the service also about my safety and peace of mind—not just the repair.
