I can’t say enough good things about this mobile mechanic. After spending days trying to diagnose why my 2003 Ford Expedition wouldn’t start, I was stressed, frustrated, and honestly ready to give up. I had just picked my truck up from another mechanic after a fuel pump replacement, and it refused to start right after. I called this mobile mechanic out of pure desperation, and he arrived quickly, with a calm, confident attitude that immediately gave me hope. He took his time listening to what I’d already tried, then went step by step through his process — no rushing, no guessing. Within minutes, he discovered the simple but critical issue: my truck was completely out of gas due to a faulty fuel gauge reading from the new pump install. I was shocked and a little embarrassed, but he never made me feel bad about it. Instead, he explained clearly what happened, showed me the signs to look for in the future, and made sure everything else on the truck checked out before leaving. Professional, respectful, honest, and extremely knowledgeable — that’s rare to find these days. He saved me time, stress, and probably a tow bill, all while teaching me something in the process. I’m beyond grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone who wants real expertise with genuine customer care.

I had a great experience with Brian. He’s extremely communicative and makes sure you’re involved in the entire process from start to finish. He consistently sent updates, videos, and clear explanations, which made everything easy to understand and gave me a lot of confidence in what was being done. You can tell he genuinely cares about transparency and keeping the customer informed every step of the way. What stood out the most is that I had already taken my car to several different places for this same issue. Keep in mimd, I have been having electrical problems with my headlights for about 6 months now. Replaced the bulbs a bunch of times and obviously that didn't fix the issue even replaced the headhlight assembly, still didn'tfix the issue. Had no headlights at all. Being a single car household and my wife working at night, this was always a safety concern. As I mentioned, I took the car to a few places and none of them gave me real answers or any sense of direction. Brian is the only one who actually took the time to properly diagnose the situation, explain what was going on, and give me realistic expectations. For the first time, I felt like I was dealing with someone who truly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend Brian if you want honesty, communication, and real results.

Brian was amazing you won't regret his services he came out to me diagnosed my car found that I had no oil at all! He also put a new filter, new oil cap, and cleaned oil under car. I am happy to call him my mechanic. Thanks Brian!! 🙏💯

I can't say enough good things about this cat.brain real talk he the truth no lie and straight up bout business I'm from dallas and my car broke down in houston.Because the belt shredded. The belt shredded, because the previous mechanic, who had just put on a belt tensioner, put the belt on wrong. I called brian I wasn't even able to stay with the car.He came showed up did exactly what he said he would for the price that he quoted. I paid him and left and trusted that he would do the job when he was done.He sent me a video and let me know that everything looked okay.And why the belt originally broke anyway. I have a grand marquee and it has a four point six.The previous mechanic apparently tried to run the belt like you would in a truck.But that's not how it works.So it shredded my belt. Later on I picked up my vehicle. Everything looked good but my a c wasn't working.So I asked him if it was possible.That my fans weren't working. He said he was still working late that night.So to come by the shop and he would take a look. I came by the shop, and it turns out that when the belt broke the previous time, that it ripped the wires out of my AC pressure switch. My fan was good. Sensor was nearly midnight on a friday.There was no way to get the part. But so I would have a c.He used some special connectors that he had for testing and just left everything hooked up until we could find the connector. Which allowed me to have a c until the next day. The next day he called me like he told me and told me we're the wiring pigtail was. I picked it up and came back to his shop and he didn't use crimp connectors.He literally soldered the wires together.So the connection is just as strong as the wire was originally. On top of that, he also diagnosed why the check engine light was on after the wiring repair.And after the belt was replaced. He took care of that too. I called him and eight o'clock on a friday night. He fixed two issues for me, one where he pulled up to me and the second where I came to his shop.All in the same night, this guy works hard. To say that I highly recommend Brian as an understatement I promise he the truth yall tap in no cap he worth every penny and he fast as hell !!!!!

When I say customer service. I mean it. From the professionalism, to the equipment, to his knowledge, to his ability to clearly articulate his intentions and methods, to the trouble shooting and problem solving to get the work done and done right. Not only was he able to immediately traverse Houston traffic, but follow through and follow up was top notch. I have recommended him to everyone I encounter. Excellent service!!!! Second to none.
