My experience today was bit of an odd ordeal. I was coming in to get one thing fixed but found out I needed a multitude of things fixed. When I enter the store I was greeted by the most pleasant person, Faith. She got all my information, explained everything. She gave me a time frame for them to check my vehicle. Once all was checked within the time frame given, she not only explained what was going on, she physically showed me, I thought that was awesome! It gave me confidence that I was being treated fairly. I asked for her professional opinion as to where to start first, I agreed with her recommendations and all was set. Faith is AWESOME! She really helped me out tremendously. I will be returning for my future car needs.

Jeffrey was so helpful and accommodating! I was on my way to pick up my wedding dress when I popped a tire and was incredibly stressed. He reassured me, took great care of everything, and got me back on the road in no time. I’m so grateful for his kindness and help!

I came in this morning with what I thought was a simple tire issue after hitting a pothole. What the team at NTB discovered was much more extensive — belt separation on both front tires, worn front struts, tie rods with play, a wheel bearing issue, and low fluids. My car was genuinely unsafe and I had no idea how serious it was until I brought it in. From the moment I walked through the door, Faith made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress free. Her professionalism and genuine care for the customer made an overwhelming situation feel completely manageable. The service technicians were thorough and clearly knew what they were doing. They identified every issue accurately, completed a full front end rebuild, and had my car back to me the same day running completely smooth with zero noise. The quality of work speaks for itself. The manager and the entire service team deserve recognition for running a shop that is honest, efficient, and customer focused. The pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises — and they even threw in a complimentary service on top of everything. I came in with a dangerous car and left with a completely rebuilt reliable vehicle at a great price. I will not be taking my car anywhere else. NTB Humble has earned a customer for life.

I have been coming to this NTB for a few years now and have always been met with exceptional and honest service. No pressure, just straight information on what your vehicle may need serviced next. Prices are always reasonable. Everyone was working at a pace that wasn't rushed but definitely not lax. Just enough time spent on your vehicle that you can be assured nothing was missed. Jacob was especially knowledgeable and polite.

Fast, efficient, and most importantly, KIND! Thank you so much AJ for your willingness to help me on a late Monday afternoon. I came home late last night to low tire pressure. I was able to put air in it and make it to NTB this afternoon. Being new to the neighborhood, I was a little stressed out about where to take my car. Gratefully NTB was less than a mile away from my place. I will definitely be back for my minor car maintenance!
