My car tire got a nail in it, and I quickly found the nearest tire shop. Because I was in a hurry to get to work, I didn't think about the price, but to my utter surprise, the tire cost $39.99, excluding tax. This was the most expensive tire repair I'd ever paid in my life, a real eye-opener and a real learning experience. What's the point of me contacting you? Will you refund the overcharged amount? This is the only time I've ever done something like this. Let everyone see the extra $19.99 I paid; you're probably the only place in Houston and Texas that charges this much. It's truly outrageous. I will report this charge to TDLR.

She also explained everything to me with my pricing and letting me know what else needed to be done with my car. She was very friendly and welcoming! I will be back!
View on GoogleLet me start by saying I almost went to Discount Tire. But I said “Hey, let me get a second price elsewhere”… and NTB saved me $100. With that being said I’m so glad I came. Usually businesses want to get over on women, especially if they feel they aren’t too knowledgeable about vehicles. But Ian and Jesse were extremely helpful, broke down the issues they’ve noticed with my vehicle and also made sure I was taken care of without over pricing or throwing hidden fees. They both worked with me and I’m grateful for stopping in today. I will be back, this time for my brakes. I am a new customer, but now a permanent customer. Thanks
