KRAWL1960 Jeep Shop

I just want to start this review by saying “wow”. I personally feel customer service goes a long way, especially if I plan on coming back and Daniel sure does go a long way to explain everything going on you lift and his recommendations based on the use of your Jeep. Because of this I felt much more comfortable letting Daniel and his team work on my vehicle. They were so professional and took such good care of my Jeep. I was completely blown away by how nice it looks and how good the ride feels. Im so glad I worked with Krawl 1960. They even threw in some extra swag once i was able to pickup my Jeep! Thank you once again!!

I’m a small business owner and am super appreciative of great customer service when I find it and readily critical of poor service, which I unfortunately see so much more often. I’ve been using a Jeep specialty business in Austin where I’ve lived for years. But now, I’m moving to the Houston area and needed to find a good replacement shop for my 2013 Sahara. I did some research and found Krawl 1960, read the reviews, and called the shop to ask about an oil cooler issue I was having. As with the best family-owned businesses, I was able to speak with the owner directly and during the call quickly got a really good vibe which, after many years of living, I’ve learned to rely upon. I figured this would be a good test of the shop. I really don't have much to add to the great reviews these guys have, except to say they seem to earn their 5 star reviews every day. Daniel, the owner, is simply a really nice guy. He comes across as very honest and fair. He answered ALL of my questions and tolerated my being around all day (since I had no other transportation). I talked with each of the mechanics during the time I was there and each of them was knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and made me feel like I would want to come back. I know from being in business, it's hard to keep good staff, but the owner seems to have that figured out. The shop is clean and orderly and the waiting area is comfortable and very nice. If you have to wait, bring your laptop. I do have one negative to share - while waiting for the hours it took to replace the oil cooler, I got sucked into a lift kit! Now I’m back getting that installed. So, be careful if you have to hang around the shop, hide your wallet!! Small business owners have to earn their business every day. I expect these guys will keep it up. I’ve found my replacement shop and Krawl has earned another repeat customer.

I’ll be quick and direct. Krawl1960 is the place you want to call, “your shop”. From the smallest of things to a custom build, they can do it. And it’ll be done to the best of their abilities at a fair price. I live in the DFW area and make the haul every-time due to this. Daniel is one of the nicest guys I know and he’ll make it right no matter what it is. They took my 1987 Jeep YJ and completely transformed it. I told him what I wanted it to do and all I got was “no problem”. As you can see from the before and after pics he was a man of his word. I support this shop and the top quality work that comes out of it, and so should you! Thanks Krawl!!!

Went over to have an overview of my jeep done. A gentleman of the name Mikey came out to greet me and my father. We told him about our concerns and immediately agreed to take a look at it for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend to come here
