I pulled up without an appointment to inquire about prices and and services. Everyone was outside so I didn’t go inside to ask questions I thought they’d approach me because they were present when I arrived. The Owner Edwin Urrego was not a polite person so I wouldn’t go here and spend money if you don’t want to feel disrespectedz
View on GoogleIf you are a young woman, do not come here!!!!! They will try to take advantage of you!! I went in needing an alignment due to having an accident the day prior. They are charging $202 to straighten out a part that is bent + the cost of the alignment ($70). (Not even a new part). On top of that, they scared me half to death saying my radiator was severely leaking and I needed to change it as soon as possible. As if my car was gonna break down as soon as it left the lot. Come to find out, the radiator was not in bad condition. A small leak, yes. For reference I drive an older vehicle, 2011 Impala. I know the car is not in perfect condition. I went in needing an alignment not my entire vehicle diagnosed. Trying to get extra money out of me when services are not dire is crazy to me. My $70 alignment visit turned into a $799 quote. I went elsewhere, got a new part, labor and alignment for $180 vs their $300. Very expensive. Call other shops to get quoted. Avoid!

View on GoogleI brought my Journey to Ed’s with the recommendation from my in laws. They have brought their vehicles here many times and know someone who has used them for many years. They were very helpful and professional. I spoke with Ryan from start to finish about my car and he was very helpful. The prices are very reasonable. They aren’t like a lot of places that try to get every dime out of you they can and don’t waste any time getting to work on your car. Will be using them for any future repairs or maintenance.
