Need refund told one thing at first then another one after not very honest zero stars The owner not being honest on his response I never said let me drive to the bank he said he has had a lot of people run off and not pay him I was willing to walk, I asked where was the nearest atm so I can get the cash off due to because his wife was neglectful telling me last time that they as the owners charge $15 to use their credit card machine but when I told her in front of him I said you didn’t tell me that last time as I sat here for 5 hours waiting for my car. He said oh I have Zelle first off I’m not using your credit card machine I refuse to do anything with my debit card I’ll do cash, So I chose to pay in cash and I told him I’ll walk never said I wanted to drive him putting that in that response shows also how dishonest they are trying to keep his reputation but i suggest you all go elsewhere they are very dishonest people wife telling me the owners is never there but why say that when they are clearly the owners please trust me their reviews are 3.4 not 5.0 they are not honest people getting over on people is not the way to do things and they will give faulty parts also. He did not tell me when I told him I went to get a second opinion his wife said why did you go do that? Wow because I can lol, he did not say to ensure they diagnose what he claimed he said you want them to fix your car go to them was his exact words to me. I only was asking why he didn’t show what they showed and he showed the first time and it changed all of sudden. Please don’t go here

Dropped my car off for issues with the lights. Was told $95 for the diagnostics which was all I wanted to do. They called me two hours later with a solution and told me it was going to be $180 as they had already done the work. I was annoyed they already did it and didn't ask me. But it wasn't a bad experience overall. I would say just make sure they don't do the work until you agree to it. Was more then I was expecting to pay. Just be careful.

Mom n pop shop + daughter! Dad and daughter duo!! They’re the best. Came in right before closing, got quoted for the diagnostic. Car was diagnosed 15mins later. Got quoted for the part and labor, they worked on it ASAP. Will definitely be coming back if any other car troubles come my way.

So far so good. Took my car for tire issue, got fixed and then car keep acting up, took it back check and repaired at NO extra cost. Just need it something simple. Second time my ac, paid the check up and my car didn't seem to have any crazy expensive issue. Guys helped me ans no drama. So far they been my fave mechanic, they're take responsibility for what they fix and do. Had ac, transmission etc and still recomend and go back.

I am deeply upset by the mistakes made by this auto repair shop, which could end up costing me between $10,000 and $15,000 in repairs. Initially, I visited them for a seemingly straightforward alternator repair, but the ordeal stretched over three weeks. Each time I thought it was fixed, new issues arose. John, one of their technicians, appeared diligent and worked hard to identify the problem. However, David’s attitude was quite the opposite—he seemed indifferent to the errors made during the alternator installation. Unfortunately, after about two weeks of smooth running, my car broke down again, and this time it was worse than before. Unable to return to Humble, I took my car to the dealership. There, I paid $249.99 for a diagnostic, only to discover that the repair shop had haphazardly crammed the alternator in, leaving wires loose and disrupting the computer system. Now my car sits idle in the driveway, completely nonfunctional. Despite reaching out to John via text, I received no reply. To add insult to injury, I had paid $1,090 for the alternator, and yet my car remains unusable. I sincerely hope this repair location faces consequences for their negligence. Their claim of being able to fix any vehicle is clearly misleading, and their lack of concern for customers is disheartening. I am seriously considering pursuing legal action through small claims court to seek reimbursement for the fees incurred. It’s a matter of principle. I suspect that John and David either provided the wrong part or used a refurbished one—how else could they have botched the installation so badly?
