Absolutely worst service ever. Consistently horrible service. The employees are the least helpful people in the whole store. Scheduling is horrible, their service takes 3-4 hours for something as simple as a tire rotation and balance. Every time I have to come in for one I dread it a week before because I know I’m going to waste my day here. It doesn’t matter if you’re early, on time, or late, you’ll be here forever. I’m constantly reminded that I should’ve just gone to discount tire.

This costco Tire Service Center location is a liar, lazy, and waste of time. Waster of time: I come at 11 am on 1/13/2026. Ian (the tire technician) said I have to make an appointment which earliest available is 1 pm. I am ok with it. So I came at 1 pm to sign the paper in order to have the vehicle for tire repair and tire pressure sensors check out. Lazy: After 30 minutes of checking, Jose (another tire technician who works at the moment) called and said my vehicle has 2 tire pressure sensors broken (both in the back tires), and the front driver side tire can't repair due to tire old than 6 years. It is because all tires old than 6 years old (even though the thread still good condition), tire pressure sensors can't be replace since they have to open up the tires according to Costco policy. Liar: I told them since you can't do anything, I will take back my vehicle. I went to G $ S Tire and Auto Tire Pros on Northpark Dr. They checked the tire pressure sensor and only 1 sensor is broken. Pay $115 and got it done less 30 minutes. Wasted 3 1/2 hours at Costco Tire Center for nothing.

Buyer Beware. I bought 2 top of the line AGM batteries for my truck. 11 months and they won’t start. Go to Advance Auto they say after load testing they are no good. I go and ask for manager and he says no not covered. It states on shelf 3 yr warranty. Do not buy car batteries here. So I demanded my money back and after spending 489.57 for two batteries 11 months ago I got 276.33 back ????? If a Store manager wants to talk to me I will take off work and come with receipts to talk about the way I was treated. They do not have a charger and do not have a way to Load check the battery. lol. Do not buy batteries here.

Hi, I got new tires for both of my cars yesterday (8 tires total). The service was great, no issues. I ordered them online (see the sticker on your driver's side panel beside the seat for tire details) and confirm it before ordering. Chose my tires and paid online (turns out all cards are accepted online). I checked the tires before signing off for service, they were new (with recent DOT manufacturing dates). I also did not observe any new scratches or rashes on my cars after the service. Do account for spending a couple of hours there during the service, even more so on weekends. You can do the drop off, but I chose to shop while cars were getting serviced. Pricing is also better than a leading retailer, and costco offers installation and warranty (limited) with the purchase of tires. So those were a plus compared to other shops.

BEWARE. Take pictures of your rims before getting your tires changed here. They will scratch up your rims and then say it was like that before.
