My son’s scooter tire needed fixing, and they went above and beyond by repairing it completely free of charge. That kind of kindness and generosity is rare these days, and it truly meant a lot to me and my family. The staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t treat us any differently even though we weren’t paying customers. They took their time, did the job right, and made sure everything was safe before we left. I highly recommend CMC Auto Care to anyone looking for honest, caring, and dependable service. Took my SUV to get looked at and found that it had a few issues. One of those was leaking oil from underneath the carriage, which is primarily why I took it to go get looked at. They gave me the assessment but based on just the leakage repair, they quoted me roughly $1800. I noticed it was kind of steep so I had a second mechanic that was referred to me and the mechanic inspected the car and told me that only the gasket needed to be changed. While the other mechanic was looking at it, he also observed the motor mounts to be worn out heavily, which is something that CMC did not note on their inspection. I went with the other mechanic with Parts including motor mounts (which I bought myself)I saved about $1000. Not to discredit this Mechanic Shop the staff were great and all never had issues with experience, but their prices are high. I did took another car previously and they did work on it, which was done well, but again it was l high priced.

I got into a collision in Houston driving my mom to the airport. I don't live around here and somehow needed to get my vehicle inspected and fixed to be able to drive safely back home. I had no idea where to go or what to do given my first bad accident. I was thankful to find CMC Auto online and given their reviews and recommendations so I decided to give them a call. Immediately it was a relief to hear such a friendly voice over the phone, Jason! He assured me he was able to look at my vehicle right away and give me details and pictures and quotes along the way. It was a very easy going process and felt my vehicle was safe and taken well care of to leave with them for the day. They had it all inspected and fixed to be able to safely drive it home by closing time. 🙌 I commend Jason and his team for their assistance and expertise, and if I'm ever in that area again and need auto care, I would definitely choose them! Great customer service. I did not get any repairs done however Josh and the guys were more then accommodating to my situation. They did a thorough diagnostic of my vehicle at a very reasonable price. I will be returning for all repairs and maintenance. Its hard to find professional service these days where you feel heard and receive informative explanations. Definitely a diamond in the rough.
