Great Quality service! I was able to book my appointment online with follow up messages confirming my appointment. This team of professionals were very attentive from the moment I opened the front door and stepped inside you could see they pride themselves on the service they render by they way they engage and handled each customer was just phenomenal and very professional . The level of patience and kindness they showed everyone just amazing! If you don’t have a mechanic or in need of one this is definitely the place you should consider you won’t regret! I made an appointment to have my oil changed. I was referred by a friend, so this was my first time at Cliff’s. I waited as they worked, & it was perfect because it didn’t take more than 30 minutes. As I waited, it could have been a revolving door. Business was great, but their was plenty room for waiting. The relationship & connection they had with each client was so real, & personal. They really do have the best customer service. They don’t try to sell you a lot of stuff you don’t need. I decided that day, this is now a commitment. I will now be one of these regulars I saw coming & going. It was kinda like a family reunion with people you like 😂

My family and I have been coming to Clifford Car Care for over 20 years, and they’ve always provided excellent customer service. They’re honest, informative, affordable, and willing to work with you on pricing. Recently, I brought my Mercedes in as a walk-in with no appointment and was in and out within an hour. That level of efficiency and care is hard to find. Highly recommend Clifford Car Care if you’re in the Humble or Atascocita area.

I towed my car to Clifford's because of the great reviews 🙃 that were posted. Well my experience was a nightmare. I have carshield and that's another post in itself. The shop owner/manager had a conversation with carshield and gave information that was not true which was the deciding factor in carshield denying my engine replacement. The gentleman who actually assessed my car explained to the adjuster that he was unaware of what the previous mechanic had done. No conversation was had with me and that pissed 😤 me off. I am now having to figure out what's next with my car 🚗 🤔. Everytime I called Carshield to dispute the decision and sent proof but the lies told by the shop manager/owner were stuck. I am out done and will never grace this establishment or recommend them and if you pay for an extended warranty please please understand that keeping up with service records are important no matter who works on your car.
