View on GoogleI normally don’t leave reviews, but I honestly would never come back to this location again. I’m specifically talking about the Atascocita location behind Walmart. I brought my 2020 BMW 640i GT in for ONE thing only — a regular oil change. Before I handed over my keys, the employee asked if I wanted them to inspect/look over the car. I clearly said NO. I even explained that if anything else needed attention, I would take it directly to BMW. I only authorized an oil change. At first, everything seemed fine. They told me they didn’t have the exact oil my vehicle needed, which honestly wasn’t even my issue because I understand a lot of non-BMW shops may not always carry certain oils for higher-end European cars. The problem started when it was time to pay. Before any work started, I specifically asked how much the oil change would cost. I was told $159. I immediately started pulling my card out, but the employee stopped me and said payment would be handled after the work was completed. Fast forward to checkout, and somehow my bill magically jumped from $159 to $259 with no warning, no explanation beforehand, and no approval from me. How does a simple oil change suddenly increase by $100 after I specifically said I didn’t want anything else done to the car? To make matters worse, another employee stepped in and immediately escalated the situation instead of calmly explaining what happened. Thankfully, the manager there was extremely professional and handled the situation the right way. He was respectful, listened, and honestly was the only reason this review isn’t even worse. My biggest issue is transparency and communication. If a customer only authorizes one service and is quoted a price upfront, that price should not suddenly change without discussing it first. I came in expecting a simple oil change and left frustrated over a situation that never should’ve happened.
