Came in for brake pad changes and a brake fluid flush the manager Marian was super professional and extremely helpful. A problem arose from a previous service from a dealership and they showed me in detail the mistake and also a willingness to help with the issue but also accommodating my schedule this team seems very thorough and will definitely be returning here for future brake services
View on GoogleI spoke with Johnathan over the phone inquiring time, and availability to come in. As informed the wait would be 2 hours. And it was actually less. Johnathan was such a dear, great attitude and customer service. The team did great work on assessing the sound (brakes) and getting my car done. I will definitely be back.

After receiving my quote, Marion reassured me that the service would be just as quick if I took care of it immediately. His coworker did a fantastic job with replacing my brakes, resurfacing my rotors and getting me back on the road in a timely fashion, within 1 hour. Thanks Brake Check for having friendly and such well trained technicians, like Marion.
View on GoogleTerrible, I had a crankshaft position sensor replaced last yr @the humble location. The same sensor went out again. I had my car towed there and the store manager said he couldn’t replace the part because he’s not the person who changed it before. Everything is under warranty in there system but, he stated again he couldn’t change the part! So what’s the point of doing the job and giving a warranty if you’re not going to honor it. I had to find the the original store manger who replaced the part which was a hassle. Then I had to go to his store which is 1 hr away and he stated the part could’ve been changed out at that store. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THE HUMBLE STORE “THEY ARE TERRIBLE”. It’s been a complete nightmare dealing with that store. I normally get an oil change there but, as of today I will be taking my money elsewhere where they do good business and just don’t take your money and lie about honoring there work!!!

Told me exactly what repairs needed to get done and the service was quick! If you’re looking for a great place definitely recommend this one!
