View on GoogleMy daughter's AC was working on and off the day before she was supposed to drive back to school in Kentucky. She was also having trouble connecting her phone via bluetooth. Ehy does this stuff happen at the worst posdjble times? I called John who asked us to bring it in right away to see what they could do to get her on the road. He ran his diagnostics and found she needed a new head unit which was covered by our extended warranty (thank you Carmax). They also replaced something for the AC (sorry, it's been a few weeks & I don't remember the name of the part). They had to keep it an extra day which was completely understandable. He went above and beyond to call into BMW to get her navigation maps downloaded with no time to spare. It took us 30 minutes to get to the shop and he had driven to BMW and back before we even got there! All in all, John is a treasure. He has earned our business for life. We love our BMWs ❤
