Mr. Alan and his mechanic (my apologies for not recalling your name) were the biggest help to me and my family today. My car broke down at a red light and they didn’t have to stop and help but they helped get our car going, troubleshooted it, and got it fixed and going. I am beyond thankful for their kindness and expertise. I will definitely use their service at the shop in the future.

View on GoogleWas looking for a good place to get my AC repaired. Checked reviews, and came across Alan’s shop. Decided to take my car there, and it was the best choice that I ever made. Alan and his team was very professional and honest as stated in all of the reviews. It was a pleasure meeting Alan and I will definitely use his shop for any car repairs in the future.

View on GoogleI’m highly disappointed in Alan, I thought he was a honest businessman based on our prior interactions. I brung my car in for a broken belt and he later explained further issues I had with my power steering and blamed it on a part that was put on improperly. I asked since these were brand new parts that I had just bought and got installed by someone else would he be able to put them on correctly to avoid having to buy parts so I can stay in my budget. He assured me that this was fine after “cleaning and Inspecting” the parts. Once I received the car back, the issues I had with it before were still persistent. I addressed Alan and he told me he would charge me another $650 to fix the issues he had just assured me he would fix. He said the parts were bad and it was my fault for not letting him know that the part was bad as if I’m the mechanic! He also said he didn’t know the car still had the issue because he didn’t drive the car after he fixed it which I thought was standard when repairing a car. His ultimatum, if I went to buy the part that he would fix it for the difference of the original price but this price included the part, he was asking me to go buy a $200 part then come back and pay him $300 for something that was his fault because he wasn’t transparent. This felt like he took advantage of my lack of car knowledge, or worse, made assumptions based on me being a Black woman. Either way, it was a dishonest and frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.
