Justin was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and made sure my jeep was good to go. He did a transmission rebuild at a very competitive rate compared to other shops that quoted me. Justin and his team truly cares about the work they are doing and make sure it’s a solid product before it leaves the lot. Car repairs are not fun but if you must do it then Justin and his team is the way to go.
View on GoogleBefore this weekend, I would have given them a 2 maybe 3 because I did get my transmission replaced for cheap. But after finding a broken motor mount, 5 VERY loose bolts and a split CV joint boot (it was brand new), they get zero. I've spent hours repairing the messy work they did and my car runs great now. But they left it in a dangerous state and broke things that weren't broken. Justin can be friendly, but in a month of dealing with their shop and returning the vehicle multiple times for issues, he never ONCE actually picked up the phone and called me. Had to call and press for answers and movement at every stage.

View on GoogleMade an appointment with Justin, vehicle was worked on immediately and ready an hour early. The bill was $25 cheaper than quoted as he found me a coupon! Who does this?! Found an existing issue and mentioned it but did not try to upsell me. Excellent job, super friendly, knowledgeable people, would absolutely recommend.
View on GoogleJustin was extremely honest with me about my 17 Ford f150 which means so much to me because I’m a woman and for some reason men mechanics seem to try to get over on women. He also started with cheapest solution 1st (never had anyone to try and save me money)and if that doesn’t work then we would move forward with the next step,so I definitely recommend this transmission shop. They have just gained a customer for life. 💪🏽🫶🏽
