I was referred to Richard by my dad to see if he would inspect a vehicle I had purchased. Richard knew his stuff and checked out everything on the car thoroughly. The guys at Gunn Nissan sold me a 2018 Acura ILX, which, after I brought the car back, they said, "we knew about the bald tires it passed our inspection." It also had no coolant in the tank it was bone dry, brake pads were worn down pretty thin to were Richard said I would have to replace them soon, and there were issues with the CV joint and extension. I returned that clunker back to the dealership after they said everything passed their mechanics inspection over and over again, and they would only replace the tires. I'm grateful to Richard because he saved me from having to deal with that shady dealership and having to deal with a future headache just to get repairs done on that car. If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic, Richard is your guy. He will explain and show you what is wrong with your car. Thanks again, Richard, for your professionalism and knowledge! I trust you more than a dealerships 127-pt "bullshit" inspection.

He was never pushy; he tells you what is wrong and lets you decide what to do about it. He was very informative about why they replaced each part, as well as what part they replaced it with. He even gave me advice on future vehicle maintenance. Overall I feel that I got a great deal given the service that I received. Truly a 5 star experience.
