We brought our truck in for an oil change and to diagnose a steering wheel vibration after hitting a curb. The team did a wonderful job addressing our concerns, thoroughly testing and re-testing until they were confident the issue was resolved. We truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail in getting our truck back in top-notch condition. We will definitely return to Christian Brothers for our future auto care needs.
View on GoogleI am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent service experience at your Bandera location. While I have historically valued Christian Brothers Automotive for its professionalism and communication, my latest visit was highly unsatisfactory. I brought my vehicle in for a simple battery replacement under warranty. Throughout the day, communication was poor; I had to initiate multiple calls to receive updates, only to be informed much later that the battery could not be replaced because the system was down. Furthermore, I was told the warranty could not be honored at the Bandera location because the battery was originally purchased at the Cypress location. It is disappointing that an entire day was wasted without a resolution. Due to this experience and the lack of coordination between franchise locations regarding parts warranties, I will no longer be using Christian brothers for automotive needs.

They quickly identified the issue and serviced the parts; prices were fair and transparent, and the final bill was less than the estimate. Highly recommend taking your car here for any repair needs!

Communication was excellent - they sent me videos of the problems that were found within hours of me dropping off my vehicle so it was clear what the issues were. Military discount was greatly appreciated! This was my first time visiting CBA for auto repairs but I will definitely return.
