Off Road Ready

I needed springs put on my Bilstein 5100s for my first gen tundra. Robert and Nick had me good to go in less than 30 mins at an incredibly reasonable price. They were able to help me on a moment’s notice when two other shops couldn’t and nobody else would even do the job. They were both super friendly and genuine car guys. I will be coming back to them for any of my truck/off road needs! 10/10 service

Horrifying experience, 6 months later i am still finding things that were messed up, forgotten, broken or not done correctly. Disorganized, loose hardware, improperly installed parts, argues when asked to correct bad workmanship. 1) Shop forgot to torque rear driver upper shock bolt, it fell out leaving their parking lot ... brought it back, had to argue to get a deeper look at it. 2) Shop installed front swaybar links on the front and front ones on the rear..... had to argue and print out install instructions to prove / for them to fix it. 3) Pinnion angle was way off, had to take it to exodus to fix it because the "Offroad Shop" argued that it is how it should be! Resulted in extra strain on the transmission while it was off. 4) Wired winch up to the battery directly when it came with an included battery cut-off switch. They "did not see" the cut-off switch in the box and threw it away .... not a big deal but still annoying ... 5) Tey threw away the Tailgate Vents (part number 68323649AB) that go on the back of the tailgate when installing the spare tire bracket. Why?! Found that out when i was replacing the bracket itself because it was vibrating, turns out half the bolts were loose. I did just notice it because the spare tire was covering it up. 6) I had to hunt around for pieces of my old suspension that were thrown around the shop floor and their parkinglot. By the time i got done i did not even bother asking about some other old spare parts they kept or my lugnuts. Not to mention spare hardware ... 7 ) Death wobble started 2 weeks after the "build". Checked everything, trackbar, tierod, ball joints were good, rest of suspension was new. Turns out Patagonais were not really "round" and balance was way off. 8) Rear hardware is flipped. Not a big deal, but big enough if i catch a rock. Easy fix, but still gotta do it ... but i should not have to do it on my own after paying money to having had it done the first time .. again, to this "Offroad Shop"

Great people. They helped me out when I got stuck with installing something on my jeep. they really took the time to make sure everything looked good and everything worked.
