After getting a concerning repair estimate full of unnecessary repairs from another shop, my husband and I are glad we decided to get a second opinion at Sun Auto. From the moment I called to when we arrived, Oscar was kind, professional, and incredibly supportive. He took the time to inspect our car thoroughly and walked us through everything they found without making us feel pressured. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he was honest. He told us that our rear shocks were completely fine and that the only issue was a damaged rear driver’s side mount. They replaced only what actually needed to be replaced. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that values honesty and customer service over selling unnecessary repairs. We left feeling informed, respected, and confident that our vehicle had been repaired correctly. We’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend Sun Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

Brought in a 2016 Cadillac Escalade that was struggling to start. They replaced the battery for $490. The truck still struggled to start for several weeks until it would not start at all. Brought it back in and they said it is the starter. Quoted $956 for a starter and $130 for labor. After we told him no, he offered to bring the price from $956 to $850 and then after a 2nd no, to $745. Got a quote from another reputable shop - less than half the price for part and labor included. Not only did they not solve the issue the first time, but they were blatantly overpriced and trying to take advantage of us the 2nd time for the same issue. I am not sure if this is a specific employee issue, but we have gotten a lot of work on multiple vehicles done here before at reasonable prices. We likely will not continue given this experience. Very disappointing.

View on GoogleI went in on a Saturday morning at 11am for a State Vehicle Inspection. I called ahead and spoke with Josh who was very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions. When I arrived, I was given the same excellent customer service. The waiting area is modernly decorated, nice and clean. As promised, they got me in and out within 20 minutes. I appreciate it and will be a repeat customer!
