1st Choice Collision - Cypress

I was shocked at how great 1st Choice Collision was to work with! My car needed to be repaired and my insurance recommended 1st Choice as one of a few options. I decided to give 1st Choice a try and it was great! They were quick, communicative, and kind. Due to the damage on my vehicle, I had to file a police report; when the police had an issue with my report and had to visit 1st Choice Collision in person, Tomas, my service advisor, was absolutely great to work with! I really felt like they cared, remembered me, and were focused on ensuring I had a positive experience. The cherry on top - my car repairs looked seamless. Thanks, Tomas & Team!

My Tundra developed leaks on drivers side and passenger side above the windshield. I took my vehicle into 1st choice and relayed the gentleman in the office. He asked if I could show him where it was leaking. I anticipated removal of the windshield, gasket repair or replacement. He took one look and said it was being caused by clogged drain tubes coming from the sunroof. I asked if I could make an appointment to get it taken care of He just said he could take care of right now. He was amazing he took it back and it was fixed in just a few minutes. I asked him what the charge would be. He just said no charge and shook my hand. Amazing. I've had occasion to use 1st collision previously. Always great service and great results but this visit was just icing on a great cake! Will continue to recommend these great people.

I expected this to be a painful process, but Karla and the First Choice team made it SO easy! I recommend every chance I get! I had extensive front-end damage from a t-bone, and my vehicle looks brand new again!

Extremely pleased with the entire experience of having my 2011 Toyota Tundra repaired after a hit and run incident. The staff was extremely helpful and the communication throughout the process was impeccable—I knew at each step what was going on and when my truck would be ready. The workmanship was superb, even had an extra repair taken care of that came out of my pocket and very happy with everything involved in getting the parts for that secondary repair. I know why State Farm suggests 1st Choice Collision as a vendor of choice. The partnership with Enterprise car rental on Barker Cypress was also seamless—I was picked up at the 1st Choice Collision location by Enterprise, taken to their Barker Cypress location. Returning the vehicle was equally convenient—I was able to leave the rental at 1st Choice Collision when I picked up my truck—easy-breezy-lemon-squeezy. Karla was my main contact at 1st Choice Collision and she was diligent to reach me either through email, text, or phone call as decisions needed to be made during the repair process. Thank you Karla and 1st Choice Collision team for the excellent service. I am a returning customer and will certainly have 1st Choice Collision at the top of my list for future needs. Everyone was super great. From the gal at the front desk and those working all around her were super engaging and personable. Karla was my main contact and was super helpful throughout the entire process. Communication is super important and Karla made what needed to be discussed super easy for me. She was a pleasure to work with and helped to keep things moving forward to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner.
