Mike at Sun Auto was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to get my car fixed quickly and efficiently, and had me back on the road in no time. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and professional. It’s clear he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. EDITED TO ADD: The person commenting on this post taking this “very seriously” failed to answer or respond to messages. This weekend, we took our car on a 2 hour road trip. 45 minutes in, the AC, once again, stopped working- along with many other controls failing to operate. On the bright side, Nicolette made a sound choice in refunding our $3042. This will take 10 days to receive. That being said, it is not fixed (no AC, cant access truck, cant open gas tank, ac controls on the seat) and still extremely damaged. We will now be without a car for another two weeks as we wait for the refund check. Planning to move onto small claims court to take this matter further and get allowance for damages and compensation for time and mental health effects. Terrible Experience and Damaged Vehicle – Avoid Sun Auto I brought my car to Sun Auto on Monday, March 31st because the A/C wasn’t blowing. After being charged $3,042 for a supposed fix, I picked up my car only to find the dashboard completely destroyed. I was told there might be “minimal damage,” but what I saw was far from minimal. This excessive damage was later revealed to be the result of incorrect wiring, which required them to dismantle the dash again. On Tuesday, April 2nd, the car wouldn’t start at all. After jumping it, the A/C still wasn’t working. We brought it back in, and Nicolette, the representative we dealt with, insisted that everything was functioning properly according to their diagnostics. Despite our concerns—and without any explanation for why the car wouldn’t start—she dismissed our complaints and even threatened to refuse service, despite the fact we had already paid over $3,000. We were heading out of town and asked that they keep the car to properly test it since we clearly weren’t confident in its reliability. After further delay, on April 15th, they finally admitted there was a leak in the part they had originally installed, which required more work and resulted in even further damage to the dashboard. So now, weeks later, not only have we been without our car for an extended period, but we’re left with a vehicle that still feels unreliable and has visible interior damage because of poor workmanship, dismissive customer service, and lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone against using Sun Auto, especially if you value your time, money, and the condition of your vehicle.

Excellent place. Bring your coupons and expect to spend at least an hour -So if you are in a rush, this is not a place for you. This is not your stop and go oil change. They take their time inspecting your vehicle which I appreciate very much, ensuring that things are done correctly! They point out and show you with pictures what needs replacement without using scare tactics into forcing you to do the work with them. If it can wait because it is not critical or an immediate safety concern, they'll let you know. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Wayne Hrozek, the manager, was able to accommodate my last minute request to have the emissions test performed. His staff was courteous and professional. I will definitely return. Thank you, Wayne!

Wayne was amazing in accommodating me while I tried to get both my husbands truck in for an oil change and mine, all while my husband was out of town. Hands down new and improved management.! Thanks Sin Auto
