I can’t say enough good things about this Discount Tire CYPRESS location. From the moment I arrived, no appointment, minding my business on 290, and then had an alert of a low tire to my surprise. A screw- the enthusiasm, teamwork, and pride this crew takes in their work was obvious. My stress was lifted- I had an important hair appointment. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they work well together—communicating clearly, moving efficiently, and supporting one another while keeping customers informed and comfortable. There was no sense of rushing people through; instead, there was a real focus on excellent customer service done right. It’s refreshing to see a team that not only knows what they’re doing, but takes pride in how they do it. Professional, respectful, and upbeat from start to finish. They are truly professional and genuinely helpful. They provided honest, accurate advice about my car and even took the initiative to look for available discounts to help me save money. While my car was being serviced, they arranged Lyft rides for me to ensure I wasn’t inconvenienced. They also followed up afterward to check on my car’s condition and inspected it again at no additional cost. Overall, the level of care and customer service they provided was outstanding.

They said they needed an hour ( already was kind of throwed by that, it’s a pretty quick task )it’s 9:15 and they just now doing my oil. I really just wanted to be in and out I thought the time estimate was a safe over estimation but we are well over the estimated time and I had to cancel other plans 🤦🏽♂️

It was also great that they worked with the fleet vehicle maintenance company making it very easy for me! Definitely coming back if I need more service

They'll is business is trust worthy and reliable. They have worked with us on timelines for repairs and have helped by giving us options when we had a hard time paying for a very pricy repair. They communicate with us so well in the progress of our vehicles. I will recommend them to people all the time.
