I been using this Bodyshop for 6 months now and I could honestly said this is an excellent shop. I have all of my cars serviced here. I been to many Bodyshops and this one is the best I ever seen. I used to take my Porsche to the dealer to service and it cost me an arm and a leg. After taking my Toyota Sequoia to this shop several times I was convinced that the owner of this shop got what it takes to service my Porsche. I was right. The price is cheaper than the dealer and the services were awesome. I told my college son about it because I am tired of paying a high price for his BMW service at the dealer so he gave it a try and now he loves them too. The owner is always there looking over all of the technicians work and they show you want is wrong and let you see it for yourself and not just telling you things. The customer services are awesome and they also have Lyft drive you home if you don’t want to wait there. This shop is my go to shop from now on for all my cars problems.

Excellent service at Rooters Ridge Car Care! I brought my Mercedes in for an oil change, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took great care of my vehicle from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made sure the service was completed in a timely manner without cutting corners. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with a luxury vehicle, but Rooters Ridge Car Care definitely earned my confidence. My Mercedes is running great, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

I drove in on my way to work and needed an emission test. Maria was very helpful and explained the process to me. I left my vehicle and the test and recommendations were emailed to me before my lunch break. I approved some of the things that were needed and I picked up my vehicle and was extremely satisfied. I will definitely be back and I’m recommending them to my coworkers for any vehicle maintenance they may need.

Have done a great Awesome Job.. My experience was handled with the most polite manner & non prejudice ever.. They scheduled & got my truck in and out.. I came away from this experience feeling like we were being pressured into thousands of dollars of repairs we didn’t actually need. My husband originally went in for a tire that needed to be plugged. Instead, he was told one of the rear shocks was damaged and that the entire rear shock and mount assembly (on both sides) needed to be replaced, along with a new tire. They quoted $400 for just one tire (not including the extremely high estimate for the rest of the work they claimed was necessary). When my husband asked for a few minutes to get quotes from other shops, the employees repeatedly tried to persuade him to approve the work. Even after he said no multiple times, they brought the manager over to continue insisting that the vehicle was “not drivable” and “very dangerous.” They also refused to plug the tire at all, insisting it needed to be replaced. After nearly an hour of back and forth, they finally returned our car. We immediately took it to another reputable shop for a second opinion. The second shop found that the rear shocks themselves were fine. The only issue was a single damaged rear driver’s side mount, which they replaced on both sides. They also plugged the tire without any issue. The repair was much less extensive than what we were told at Rooster Ridge. Whether this was a misdiagnosis or an attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs, it showed us that Rooster Ridge is not reliable. We felt pressured, were told the vehicle was unsafe to drive, and later learned that the recommended repairs were not even needed to begin with. We won’t be returning.
