Nolls Auto Repair

I’m going to keep this as quick and concise as possible, but it’s worth reading. Trust me! My Camaro SS went to Chevrolet a billion dollar corporation for fuel smell that was in my cabin. I dropped off the car to Chevrolet in November 22, and they had my car for 3 weeks with no updates stating that I wouldn’t have my car back until 2nd week of January because of parts and delays. I asked Chevrolet for a rental car, they did not want to provide me rental for the inconvenience. At that point, having my car for 3 months, that becomes customer satisfaction. I did some research and found Noll’s Auto. ( It gets good now) I contacted them. Picked up my car from Chevy took it to Noll’s auto and they diagnosed and serviced my car. Since it was around Christmas they found an underlying problem that Chevy caused. My car went for a gas smelling in the cabin, to fuel leaking out of my tank. Noll’s found the issue and informed me of it. Which is how I was able to know that Chevy did extra damage to my vehicle when they diagnosed it, because prior to taking it to Chevy. I checked, and it had no fuel leaking. As I was saying, because they destroyed my fuel line and there was no available AC delco parts in Houston. Noll’s’ gave me a Christmas present by putting me in a rental car for half price. I paid Noll’s Auto, and they had my car done in less than a total of 7 days, that includes holidays and weekends. This was the best auto repair service I have ever encountered. A billion dollar car company can’t satisfy the customer for inconveniences but a smaller company can satisfy you, and offer additional services? While fixing your car completely. They were very awesome and informative. To me, they comforted me and told me they were going to get it handled and they surely did. For now on, this is my go-to shop for any repairs. I will never take my shop to another Chevy dealer as long as this shop, and I live in Houston. If you need any work done. Contact them, and you’ll see the results faster than a Billion Dollar corporation. BONUS, they use all OEM parts for vehicles, no cheap stuff. Thank you Joey and Kirby. You guys are the Epiphany of customer satisfaction, and a problem solver. In all, this shop is like Michael Jordan the GOAT when it comes to auto servicing. Thanks!👍👍👍👍

This place is great. I had another shop tell me my trucks oil pan was leaking and would cost over $1,800 to replace. My wife insisted I bring it to Noll’s for a second opinion and they got it replaced in 24 hours for $1,250 with the same part the other shop was going to use. Service was friendly and relaxed too. Patiently explained the situation and answered my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Very rarely, will you find an Auto shop that has an old school vibe with a mechanic who is honest and upfront but I definitely found that here. They helped me out when I was in a bind and took care of me amazingly I highly recommend going in here.

Ive been using Nolls over on Barker Cypress for 15 years. They saved me $2k one time by having me drive my broken car to the dealer instead of them fixing the issue because it was covered under a recall notice. Have been referring them and taking our cars there ever since.

Highly recommend this shop to anyone. Spent hundreds at other mechanics to diagnose my no AC, and they were clueless. Joey and the crew got it figured out in less than half an hour had my car ready a few hours later. Very fair pricing, honest and quality work. I appreciate yall.
