I took my Chevy Traverse here for a transmission mount issue and my oil change. The service tech gave me an eta and provided me updates along the way. I just picked it up and feels like driving a brand new car again! Thank you MCM, will tell all my family and friends I finally found a good trustworthy mechanic in Cypress!!!
View on GoogleI have a 2011 Chevy Traverse. Came in because my car wasn't starting. Scott charged for an electrical diagnosis to see what could be the problem. They determined it was ignition lock cylinder. They got it changed and the car started nicely but didn't seem to drive the same. He told me to bring it back and they fixed that problem and now I'm back on the road. It did take a few days but that is to be expected for most extensive vehicle repairs, especially on older model cars.

View on GoogleI got my car done here on 04/24/2026 (oil change, air filter, and battery), and they did a great job. I also asked if they could fix my bumper, and they went above and beyond! I really want to point out how polite the guy who worked on my car was (he’s Hispanic, but I forgot his name 🥲). He was super kind and respectful the whole time. He's such a gentleman! I’ve been to a lot of mechanic shops before, but I’ve never had service like this. Prices are really reasonable too, and they don’t try to upsell you or anything. Definitely the best place I’ve been to so far. Thank you guys!
