Cypress Auto Repair

I had an unfortunate experience where I was driving and all of a sudden, I lost power steering and heard a loud blast from my engine immediately following thick pluming billowing smoke pouring out from under my hood. I thankfully had my phone in my lap so I threw it into park and jumped out leaving all my belongings, purse, bags etc and was able to call 911 and fortunately a Fire Truck was there in minutes. There was SO much thick smoke that I couldn’t see flames but the Fire Department opened the hood and told me my Radiator blew up. I’m a proud AAA member and it was obvious my vehicle wasn’t drivable because the explosion blew the Tensioner Belts off as well but the apartment complex that I was stuck at called their tow truck driver who arrived first. Thank goodness I had cash or he would have certainly taken it somewhere far away and not allowed me to stay with my vehicle and have it towed to a repair garage. I actually value other peoples feedback and their experiences and that was the sole reason for picking Cypress Auto Repair. I called and the owner Mr. Khan answered. I told him my situation and that I was waiting for whichever tow truck arrived first. He asked where I was and he knew where I was located and told me that he would come to me in 30 -40 minutes for him to see if there was any way to avoid the cost of the tow. I was actually speechless but said okay great! Ten minutes later the apartment tow truck driver arrived so I immediately called him and told him I was heading his way. Of course the firemen were correct and it was going to be a costly repair IF I had not blew the main Head Gasket which the expense to repair would have been greater than getting another used vehicle. Mr. Khan spoke very respectfully to me and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and gave me an honest estimate. It was a large job so I was able to watch the steady flow of customers coming through including an official Government Vehicle. It was like watching Groundhog Day because EVERY customer came in with a smile on their face and some greeted Ali, my friend, how are you others would come in and start “their story” back up with 30 minutes of chitchat before even stating their reasons for the visit. He is a Small Business Owner that’s obviously a pillar in the Cypress Community. I’m pleased to see others supporting an individual’s right to pursue their dream by working open to close 6 days a week. I am sincerely grateful for the repairs that he did for me without price gouging me due to my gender. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS TEAM FOR ANY AND ALL YOUR CAR REPAIR SERVICE AND NEEDS!!!! Big shout out to Jared and Teo for their hardworking enthusiastic support of Mr. Khan and Cypress Automotive Repair! He has earned a “Customer For Life” from me as long as I am with in my 80 miles of towing (actually I would pay extra if over 80 miles honestly)! Two thumbs up from me!!! 👍👍

Ali is fantastic! I took my 2008 TSX to two other auto shops, both told me in was not worth fixing. As I was looking for a new car, Ali found a $200 fix. My TSX is now purring like a kitten! Thank you Ali!
