The reviews for Corb’s are what brought me in—and they don’t even begin to do this shop justice. Corb’s operates with unmatched integrity and honesty. After my daughter had a bad experience at a less-than-ethical repair shop (Sun Auto), I told her to bring her car here. Chris at Corb’s handled her situation and ultimately saved her thousands of dollars. The previous shop claimed her check engine light meant the fuel pump needed to be replaced at a cost of nearly $2,000, despite the fact that they had just replaced an O2 sensor a week earlier. The diagnosis didn’t make sense. Chris and his team thoroughly inspected the vehicle, including the fuel pump, and confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Most likely, the other shop never properly reset the check engine parameters. Chris went above and beyond—he even took the time to explain the transmission dial and driving modes to my daughter. She had been experiencing delayed shifts, which the first shop also blamed on the fuel pump. In reality, the car was left in sport/manual mode, which caused the shifting behavior. Any car issues I have going forward will be handled by Corb’s. Honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service are clearly their standard. If you’re having car trouble, go to Corb’s—you will not be scammed or taken advantage of.

This company went the extra ten miles to honor their warranty. My old Kia Rondo had an evap system code right in time for registration renewal and these guys went through every aspect of it since most of that system needed new parts. When finally the determination was that one of the new parts was faulty they changed it without charging me a dime. They even waived the state inspection fee for my patience. Chris is very professional and does right by the customer. I've never known a mechanic shop I'd recommend more ardently.
View on GoogleMy daughter had an A/C problem. She had taken it to THREE well respected shops who "fixed" it-- and the problem continued. Very frustrating. But A/C is a necessity in Houston! I insisted she go to Corbs. They diagnosed the real issue, fixed it promptly! Only "complaint" is she had to turn it down because it was freezing her out!! Fantastic service-- Honest-- Friendly staff....and VERY reasonable price!! 5+ Stars!!

They were very professional, the pricing was fair, and they took a lot of pride in their work from the front desk to the managers! I will take all of my cars here from now on so I can take out the guest work on whether or not they are legit or scammers!

I’ve called and spoke to someone 3 times, each time being promised a call back. No call back. I guess they have enough money and customers. I’ve recommended this place to many friends and family but no more.
