Tire Store Service Center

I went for an oil change and left with oil all over the front and a scratch on my headlight. I asked them to make it right and they tried using brake parts cleaner to remove the scratch even though I told them not to! He then accused me of scratching it and blaming them on a brand new car with less than 5k miles by saying "I don't accuse you but it's crazy that you saw that spot first"- there was oil splashed there, why wouldn't I see it? I can see that they've tried to poorly clean it off based on all the streaks and he was leaning over the car, he reviews the security footage and says "he can't see anything". He also says "why would the mechanic lean over the car on the left side, when oil fill and filter is on the right". You guys tell me, why is there oil on the top of the left headlight? I ask to see the security footage and he ignores me. He says it could be from the highway, what kind of a scratch goes down and then down from debris on a highway? I've been coming here for years, they've fixed cars no other mechanics could have fixed, I don't know why they've gotten so bad. This is unacceptable and you guys need to make it right.

Saw their advertisement on facebook and went in to see the shop and couldn't have been happier with the quality of service and parts (tires & wheels) I received. I'll definitely be back here with my other vehicle! Seriously great service.

Took in my new to me 2009 GX470 and they were very helpful and did all the work as expected. First job was to change tires, so mount, balance and then wheel alignment. The tech forgot to install one of my tires which I realized the next day. So I took it in again and they fixed the mistake free of cost. A little inconvenience, but to me that was ok. Note: I had my own used tires which they install and charged me for labor. Second I took my own OEM rotors and brake pads which they installed (no warranty on parts obviously) and charged me for labor. That job went smooth and no issues so far. I do get a squeak here and there from time to time, if they happens again I will take it in. They do all the work expect transmission work. So I will be taking in my car for some suspension work when the time comes. I believe they dont offer a drop off service but one of their techs did drop me off at home when I was in a bind. Definitely recommend going here for routine work on your car.

Hands down the most trusted shop in the area, service technicians are always quick and honest, and they'll do the best they can to work with you to keep you on budget while still making sure you're maintenance doesn't go neglected.
