Beas Auto Repair

I scheduled my first appointment with Beas Auto Repair their first working day after Christmas 2025. I scheduled the appointment on their website and did not hear anything back from them. I incorrectly assumed that my appointment was still good to go, therefore I showed up at the scheduled appointment time. The lady at the front desk arrived and I could tell my presence was a surprise to her. She then verbally confirms that day was their first working day back after the holiday season, and because they did not check their messages, they did not realize that I had scheduled an appointment online, so they were not expecting me to be there. I’m a customer – that’s not my problem! They are the people operating the business. The onus is on them to clearly communicate to their customers whether that appointment is still valid. Being in the holiday season doesn’t matter – this is a business. Big mistake giving them grace and going back a 2nd time. The second time I scheduled an appointment with Beas Auto Repair I arrived 5 minutes before 9:00 a.m. which is the time they say they open up. I am now sitting in my car and it is 9:20 a.m. and they still have not opened the front door. What kind of business is this? Are these people so complacent and entitled to where they have no problem being disrespectful of their customers' times? This is appalling. I read five-star reviews about Beas Auto Repair “caring” about their customers blah blah blah. Caring about your customers is arriving on time. If you say you open at 9:00 a.m., you need to open the doors at 9:00 a.m. so that your customers can walk through the door and be serviced in a timely manner. If not, then at least be in communication with them about your status or change your store hours. That is professionalism, that is caring, that is being considerate of your clients. Why have a Google My Business profile up on Google only to disrespect your clients like this? It doesn't make sense to me. Per the pictures attached, one of the employees unlocked the door at 9:43am! Seriously?! Who does this? To top it off, they didn’t replace my next oil change sticker, and I still have the old one from Brakes Plus. Shout out to Brakes Plus – maybe this is good promo for them. This is what you call ghetto. People have more to do with their time than wait for you to arrive at the time you say you open. Who are these people?! I really want to find a professional, reliable, considerate business to service my car. Does that even exist anymore?

I got an estimate for A/C repair by welknown chain auto repair needs. Coppell, which I was using for nearly 23 years. I visited Beas repair for the first time to get a second opinion. They detected similar but not the same issue, and fixed A/C is a much reasonable price. The owner was very polite, and the service was quick. I will consider Bea Auto Repair for future auto repair needs.

Been bringing my vehicles to Beas since the old location. They always do a great job and take the time to explain everything I need to know. I just had a brake job done and a clutch fan replacement. Great price and they cleaned my headlights without asking!

I cannot say enough positive things about Beas Auto. I've used them for quite a few years now and wouldn't want to take my vehicles anywhere else. Recently they did body work on my SUV after I was hit in a minor accident. The work is pristine and you cannot tell there was ever any work done. Their work is excellent but the staff are the real reason for the glowing review. They are friendly and knowledgeable and go the extra mile - a family run business that cares! Thank you team!

I always have a good experience at Bea's. They are attentive, efficient and communicate the status of repairs well. Just had my AC fixed and they were fast. The front staff are very sweet and accommodating. Thank you!
