Had my truck for a long time, communication was very poor throughout the entire process. I had to threaten to come tow it to another mechanic which finally lit a fire under their butt. Ended up paying $1,500 and my truck is no better off than when I first brought it to them. Asked multiple times for a bill/receipt and still never received one. Would never recommend anyone to do business with these scam artists.
View on GoogleI have been in the Landscape/Construction industry for 30 years in DFW with countless trucks and mechanics too, but this is the BEST mechanic I have ever used. Miguel was cost effective, quick on the work and quicker to respond with any questions and most importantly, has stood beside and warrantied his work. I had a 2008 Ford 6.4 rebuild done... Rebuilt strong, worked out the bugs, take my oil changes to him now. Keep up the GREAT work!
View on GoogleReferred here by a towing company after 3 of our trucks were vandalized, DEF systems stolen and one attempted to be stolen destroying the steering column. Miguel was very courteous over the phone and was able to get all of our trucks in and repaired quickly and without costing a fortune! Highly recommend Miguel and his team for any vehicle work!
View on GoogleI came across Miguel and his body shop 5 years ago. I had lost my job and my power steering was leaking. I asked the O'Reilly's guys if they knew a mechanic. They directed me to Miguel's shop. Miguel really got me through that tough time. I have been using his shop ever since. He has good prices. Doesn't try to up sell you (he will need to diagnose the issue so he doesn't charge what all the other shops "recommend"). His work is quality work. In my old truck I had power steering tubes replaced. My windshield wiper tubes (rodent bite). Serpentine belt replaced. And more. My new truck is now out of warranty and he is taking care of it for me. I don't worry about anything because I have piece of mind that he can maintain it for many years to come. My sister also has had her share of work on her Altima and Fusion. Fuel pumps, sensors, you name it. We are grateful to find good working mechanics in our area. I highly recommend his service.
