I had a horrible experience after switching to AAA Insurance. I set up my policy with Oscar Quintana at the AAA location on 1225 Freeport Parkway in Coppell, TX 75019. I was originally given what seemed like a great rate, but only a few weeks later my premium increased by several hundred dollars due to incorrect or inaccurate information that was submitted on the policy. I also feel that important information was not explained properly upfront, including details about the device/app required for the auto insurance discount. I was not clearly told that it required access or permissions involving phone calls and text messages on my phone. When I followed up with Mr. Quintana to ask why these details were not explained and why my premium had increased so much after the original agreement, I told him I was very unhappy and expected some type of resolution. Instead, the response I received was basically that I could cancel the policy or keep it. I spoke with his manager and received the same type of response. The most concerning part was that my policy deductible was changed from 2% to 3% without my authorization and without anyone informing me. That is completely unacceptable. Overall, my experience with AAA Insurance was extremely disappointing. The initial rate looked good, but the communication, lack of transparency, and handling of my policy afterward were very unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very cautious before switching to AAA Insurance.

From California, I’ve called a customer service many times over a week. I didn’t get help by other two calls but on my third call I finally got helped by someone from this location by name Maricza L. Her exceptional and professional service changed my mind that almost want to cancel 26 years of my auto insurance. She deserves a promotion to a position that trains or supervise employees. I wanna give many stars to her ratings

I have AAA insurance and Claim 016541494 was raised for water damage that happened to my home on 10th June 2024. Now they closed my claim without finishing repairs and without paying Utility and Water Bills, living expenses etc. AAA demolished my home on the first floor with their vendor service master and now they did not provide an alternative home. They said that it is more cost effective to provide a rental home or apartment. I sent an email to Adjuster and a text message on June 17, 2024, asking for vendor details to make a hotel booking. He replied that they would offer a rented house rather than a hotel if he gave them the vendor's details. I asked him to provide vendor details for the rental home also fine. He said that he would cancel the advance amount deposit check 5000 already dispatched. I said that it will take time to look for a rental home and in the meantime I will stay in a hotel for those days. He said that after getting the receipts of 5000 only, he will give vendor details.Again on 28th June 2024,Adjuster said that it is more cost effective to provide a rental home or apartment. As per my legal status LCA( Labor Condition Application), my place of work is my home address and if I work somewhere other than my home address I need to change the LCA(Labor condition application) and AAA will have to pay the employer to change the address with my company's immigration lawyer and others . But it will take minimum 6 months to finish change my LCA with different address and my company have to approve to change LCA also.He said that he will provide a rental property through a vendor or he will give some amount for a month to look at myself. I called him and asked for rental property details. Brandon advised me to contact the AAA customer care hotline. When I contacted the AAA customer support staff, they informed me that Brandon is the only one who can provide it. I have been informed of the same thing by Adjuster. He didn't respond. On 1st July 2024, I got an email saying that the fixed amount for every month and until repairs were done. He gave 2 months' amount at a time. I didn't say I will take care of myself. He didn't mention any rental agreement and anything. Please let me know what I should do. There is no other option provided to me. I took the money and managed myself in my relattive's home. Because of my work travel and LCA status, issue i can't work any other locations except my home. I don't want to beg every time and every month. I really got irritated asking every time and am already struggling with contractor work and my office work. Again I asked for money for September month, He asked for a rental agreement and said clarily I didn't stay at the rental home and stayed at a relative's home and it is not a rental home. I asked Brandon again about vendor details in the month of September and he said that he can't provide it.I got really irritated.In the 1st week of October, Michael, another adjuster came to my home to inspect how much work was done and took all the pictures of every room. After that they didn't pay the amount for October onwards. I said that i will return september month to you and show me rental property through the vendor and change my LCA status. They didn't even respond. I sent several emails and no response from them. I moved to my home at the end of December without a kitchen. My kitchen countertop is done on 10th February without drawers and cabinet doors. Cabinets doors and drawers done end of March and final invoice sent to Insurance on 7th April 2025. I have clearly mentioned that we are vegetarian and won't eat onion and garlic also. I've been begging every month for a house through the vendor, but AAA haven't responded..Now they paid 3 months after that they didn't pay. If you are not paying then provide rental property through vendors they didn't do that also. I have submitted all my documents. Please do the needful to me. This is humble request and don't trust them.

I do not recommend AAA for auto or home insurance. I had multiple problems and received no help from Daniel Turk, Beth Hailu, Stephanie Avalos, Jillian Shafer, or Christine Mendes. Daniel Turk, a manager, told me Christine Mendes told him she did not return my calls or answer my emails because my questions had already been answered! I never spoke with Christine Mendes. Not once. I contacted Christine Mendes because her number was given to me when I asked for Stephanie and Jillian’s manager. Stephanie and Jillian would not return multiple voicemails and emails. Daniel Turk suggested I call Christine’s manager and gave me Christine Mendes’ manager, Beth Hailu, number to call. Beth Hailu didn’t bother to return my calls either. I left multiple messages and emails and none were returned or answered. Jillian Shafer and Stephanie Avalos do not get along with each other and both shared their grievances with each other with me. The unprofessionalism and lack of concern from all employees I mentioned was stunning. I cancelled my auto and home insurance and happily paid an early termination fee to be rid of these incompetent, unprofessional, untrustworthy people at AAA. Kevin McGinnis Nancy McGinnis

I’m 65 years old and have had AAA for the majority of my life, rejoining over and over after canceling over and over due to repeated lousy service. But I keep trying… My 2024 Ram 1500 was stuck in deep mud (not a 4x4) on a back dirt road, but a road, nonetheless. AAA told me, a child at some answering service somewhere in the world, that their policy is the vehicle needs to be within something like 25 feet of a paved road to help. Outside of that, I need to call a “recovery tow” at my own expense. THEY JUST LEFT ME THERE STRANDED!!!??? Are you kidding me????? And I pay as a Premier Member, which actually means nothing!! AAA is a scam. Time to cancel my membership. Again! Screwed by AAA! Again!
