I work as a Sr. Executive Leader within the construction industry. I stopped in during a very busy afternoon with every bay full, temperatures over 90 degrees, and nonstop activity happening around the shop. In the middle of all of that, Chance stepped in and handled my vehicle inspection quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude from start to finish. What impressed me most was not just how efficiently he handled my service, but how he simultaneously managed customer interaction, answered questions from other technicians, kept workflow moving, and maintained complete composure under pressure the entire time. He never made the environment feel stressful or chaotic even though the shop was extremely busy. That level of awareness, work ethic, and operational control is rare, especially from someone so young. Employees like Chance are the people businesses should invest in, develop, and promote into leadership positions because he naturally elevates the people and operation around him. Outstanding experience today because of him. I wanted to make sure ownership understood this.

I went to Kwick Kar in Coppell at 475 S Denton Tap Rd, Coppell, TX 75019 to have my transmission fluid changed. They completed the service, and I drove the car home, which is only about 5 minutes away. The next morning, I found transmission fluid leaking onto the ground. This had never happened before with my vehicle. I immediately returned to the shop and explained the situation. Instead of taking responsibility or properly investigating the issue, I was told that they do not perform transmission service, even though they had just changed my transmission fluid. No one accepted responsibility for the problem, and I was left with a vehicle that was leaking transmission fluid after their service. I had no choice but to leave and continue dealing with the issue on my own. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location!

I recently took my daughter’s car to Kwik Kar for an oil change and an emissions test. The next day, my daughter set off on an 8 hour trip. However, before she got 5 miles, the car’s under plate was not properly secured and began dragging on the highway. My husband drove out to meet them and temporarily secured the plate to prevent further issues so she could go back to Kwik Kar to fix it. The tech inspected the car and explained that since the plate had been pushed up before bringing the car back, they would not replace it. Apparently, there is a note on the receipt about not altering the car before bringing it back. I didn’t get a receipt and didn’t know about it. The tech went to discuss this with his manager. Then after awhile came back saying he secured the old damaged plate with bolts and zip ties, assuring the car was safe for my daughter to drive. The manager never came to talk to me. When I said I wanted a new plate, the tech said I could go purchase a new plate from the dealership but parts take around 3 days. I told them they needed to fix it. The tech said I should have serviced my vehicle at the Honda dealership. I suggest everyone find a different place to get your vehicle serviced.

Customer Service was top notched. Kwik Kar got me in quick and no hassle.Waiting room was nice, clean, and cool. I was not given a choice on regular or synthetic oil for my vehicle which was high priced but I'm okay with it. Thanks, Kwik Kar

Had an issue with my Toyota Camry. It was leaking oil and also leaking the power steering fluid. The guys at Kwik Kar is super nice. Especially Israel that fixed the issue. I usually get my oil changes done here, but this was my first time taking my car there for a repair. Glad I did that. Great job Israel!!
