Caliber Auto Glass

They were fast and efficient. My windshield was replaced within 24hrs of the call to my insurance company and Caliber came right to my job to fix it. The technician also took the time to make sure I understood the ‘Do’s and Don’t’s’ over the next couple days and why they were important. I would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic experience replacing the windshield for my son's car. Scheduling was easy, had the windshield in stock and was able to come to my home the next day and the technician was great and knowledgeable, finished the job in less than an hour. The price was reasonable compared to other vendors. Great service.

Completed the job in a very timely manner! The work looks fabulous and the person that installed it was very nice. I had crack in my windshield and booked an appt. the very next day. The lady that scheduled the appointment was kind and informative as well. Over all would reccomend if you ever have issues!

Windshield replacements do not go well here. I had a bad service experience with a windshield replacement on my Tesla Model Y. I made an appointment a week ahead of time. They had all the details about my vehicle including the VIN number. They had plenty of time to order and verify they had the correct part in, however they failed to verify the part was correct prior to my arrival. They also failed to notify me, in advance of my appointment, that they did not have the correct part. They waited until they started the repair to notify me. I even called the Colleyville shop the afternoon before my repair was scheduled to verify that my windshield was in and ready to go. The shop did not know if the part was in. The Colleyville shop had to call another department to verify that the windshield was in and I was still scheduled. The Colleyville Caliber shop kept telling me that Caliber Glass was a separate company within the Caliber auto repair company. I left my name and phone number with the person that answered the phone at the shop. He said he’d check with the glass company and call me back. No call was ever returned. I received a text later that evening that said my appointment was on for 8am the next morning. I dropped the car off on time. They had it all day. They discovered they had ordered the wrong part at 2pm that afternoon, on the day of the repair. They were going to try to find another windsheild that day and couldn’t find one. It was going to take another 3-4 business days to order one. I spoke to employees at both the glass company and the shop. Lots of excuses and finger pointing surfaced between the Glass repair department and the Colleyville shop when I spoke to customer service reps in both departments. This is not the kind of customer service and competence I expect in a repair shop. Terrible communication within this company between the Glass and Autobody shop. I’m going to use an actual glass repair facility that knows how to order inventory, knows how to communicate within their own organization, and knows how to communicate and provide at least basic service to their customers.

Everyone was very professional and nice to work with at Caliber Auto Glass. Our technician, Austin, was very kind and pleasant. He did a great job on our windshield. We will definitely use them again!
