Some really good guys here. Very customer oriented. I dropped my truck off and got periodic updates on the status of my repair work. Jordan is very knowledgeable and when I asked to see what he was talking about he took me to the garage and showed and explained the situation to me. I really appreciated that. James had a sympathetic ear and ensured that I left happy. These guys are well tempered, they're not pushy, they're honest and trustworthy. Thank you!

Jordan is the BEST! I’d had grinding for a week & brought it in for inspection. Darren was my tech & did a really thorough job. Jordan brought me out to show & tell what they were proposing for repair or replacement. As a woman, I’m used to men in this industry treating me like I’m dumb… not so here! They were kind, respectful & patient as I asked all my questions. It was a big repair with a big ticket, but Jordan explained everything & tried to find any available discounts for me. It was a great (albeit expensive) experience. Highly recommend!

The shop is very clean and the manager James was very professional and told me exactly what my car needed after my check engine light went off. He was transparent with me about the work that needed to be completed to get me back on the road which I really appreciate.Techs looked professional like you would see at the dealership didn’t look sloppy which is why I was as also comfortable with them working on my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back to get other work done in the future. This was my first experience taking my car somewhere else besides the dealer and it was way better than I expected.10/10 would recommend this shop to all my friends and family thanks again Brakes Plus you guys were awesome.

I came here because I saw the good reviews. I called and asked if I needed to schedule an appointment for an oil change and they told me yes and offered my one for 1130 and told me it would be between 50 and 60 dollars. I accepted and got there by 1130 with only one other customer in the store. After getting all my info I was told it would be over 100 dollars. I told them the guy on the phone said otherwise and asked about the banner that says 50 percent off oil changes. He then got it down to 55 dollars, which I would have been thankful for if I was able to get my oil change. But after waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes and 2 other walk in customers come in (at least one got their taken back for brake work), my car was still not taken back. I got my keys back and left because i had somewhere else i needed to be at a certian time. James said he was sorry he "couldn't meet my expectations". It didnt sound sincere. From all the reviews I figured I'd have a better experience. I came out of my way because of all the positive reviews. They could have told me they weren't going to be able to get me in or that my appointment was bullshit. I appreciate that, James.

I needed an expensive part as well as an oil change and am really tight on funds due to many reasons but James was very helpful and worked with me so I could take care of my car within my means! Very professional and cares about providing a good experience for the customers.
