Great experience with Sulak. My vehicle had damage but was drivable. Unlike a lot of places I called, they allow me to keep the vehicle in my possession until parts arrived. The repair was quick and done perfectly.

View on GoogleWe hit a deer in November 8, 2025 in my 2022 Toyota Highlander…the front was completely smashed and it shoved the radiator into the fan. Sulak got my car a couple of days later. Cesley was so good about calling me and keeping us updated every step of the way. Our insurance company dropped the ball and didn’t do the vehicle inspection for almost a month! Our insurance paid for a rental car for a certain amount of time. We were told that our time had run out and we needed to turn in the car. Because Cesley took such great notes documenting every contact she had with our insurance company, she was able to get us an extension on the rent car. Our local insurance agent was very impressed with her documentation. I didn’t meet the two guys who did the actual work, Ian & Jerry, but they did an outstanding job. My car looks like it did when it was brand new! This is our second time to use Sulak. A teenager backed into me at Sonic when my car was days old… it messed up the backup cameras and side sensors. Family Toyota recommended Sulak and I am so glad they did! They warned that the plastic bumper might not match, but it was absolutely perfect! I had a lot of contact with Philip (the owner) that time. He rented me a car, his dime, when something was delayed. This company is top notched and we highly recommend them. View on GoogleWe were recommended here by family Toyota of Burleson. Our highlander needed a bumper replacement. They gave us the car back after 2 weeks and the bumper doesn’t match the car. When we asked the guy about it he made up many excuses as to why it didn’t match. A couple of them being “it takes an extra 30-45 min” and “the insurance isn’t going to pay it” and “this car has been painted before”. We purchased this car brand new off the lot. Definitely hasn’t been repainted before. Terrible customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else. You would think the least they could have done was make it the right color. So what if it takes an extra 30-45 mins, that’s your job sir. Save your money, time and hassle and go somewhere else. Photos to show the whites clearly don’t match.
