Thank you very much Victor, Eric and the team at American Auto! These guys are great! They helped identify the source of my oil leak, identified other maintenance concerns, and took care of everything quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. They even assisted me with getting my vehicle to another shop that had previously done work on my vehicle in order for them to take care of a warrantied item. No pressure from American Auto to have the work done there which saved me a good amount on money. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone needing automotive repair in Burleson and the surrounding areas!

Had an engine replaced under warranty, and the linkage wasn’t correctly assembled and it left me stuck in park, so I paid to have it towed back to them. They said that they didn’t have to work on that area but a Google search proved it had to be disconnected for engine removal. The second time I tried to pick it up, the gearshift was not lining up, and many things were missing, including a plastic wire harness cover, a screw on another plastic cover, spare tire lowering bar, and both front valve caps. They then told me I’d need $850 worth of parts, tho it wasn’t like that when I took it in and was perfectly fine until they worked on it. I declined the work, having to argue the diagnosis fee away, as it wasn’t my fault it was broken, and I decided to live with it like it was. When I picked it up the third time, I noticed damaged paint down to the metal where they worked, but they are unaware of the paint issue because I won’t be letting them touch my vehicle for another second, so what’s the point? I never had issues with them until this, but the long list of missing parts and fighting over parts that weren’t an issue before I took it to them will keep me from coming back. Y’all can deny this all you want, but this is what y’all left me
