John was great! I was working with a warranty company and he did all of the heavy lifting with them. Got my car in and out super quick even while dealing with their antics. I highly recommend Baldwin Auto for any repair needs!

They have earned my trust and loyalty. Two times I expected a nasty diagnostic only to find out it was something simple. John has been able to give me budget numbers for repairs over the phone. The the quality of work is high and the price has always been more than reasonable. I have never felt oversold. View on GoogleThis place is amazing. They stayed 2 hours after closing time, on a Friday, just to make sure I had my truck for the weekend. John knew I had a busy weekend ahead with having to shuffle my kids around to their various sporting activities. We have a second vehicle and we would have had a hard time making it to all the events, especially on time. He made sure to get my truck done so that I wouldn't have those issues. I can not recommend this shop enough. They have made a customer for life. I will take all my personal vehicles and business vehicles there for the rest of my life. Had slow coolant leak that this shade tree guy would have never been able to find. Great friendly service! Will use them again for our automotive needs!
View on GoogleMr. Baldwin and his crew are fantastic! Quality work at a great price. Even after moving 5 hours away, I still call here to get repairs done while visiting family in the area. After one shop quoted me for a $3,000 repair, John fixed it for $900; either the other place didn't take the time to find the actual problem, or they were grossly overcharging. He fixes actual problems and at a fair and honest rate.
