I arrived late in the day Saturday 05/23/26 with my spare tire on, having sustained a flat tire on I-35, a mere 2 minutes away on opposite side of I-35. Within 4 minutes of check-in, Ramon, an employee came to get me. I was truly shocked by the expediency of his arrival due to how full all the bays were! A few minutes later there was an open bay for me to drive into. Immediately the flat tire in my trunk was taken and tested. I was prepared to purchase another tire for $60, however Ramon said that it was 'good' so it could be patched for $15. In another short space of time the task was completed and I was escorted to the office for payment. I tipped Ramon and thanked him and the office staff for the amazing treatment and efficiency of their operation! I give 10 ⭐s to this establishment. Look at the photo of the huge, spotless, air-conditioned waiting area they provide too!

Junior was amazing! My Tesla had a flat tire on Christmas and he came out to help fix the flat. I know it was not much but man he was such a great guy for helping us out. He knows what to do with the my Tesla y and how it needs a jack pad so the battery won’t get damaged. He’s got us going with in 30mins. I guess Christmas will good us this year. I hope all the good karma go back to him

View on GoogleRefugio’s tire place is the place to go. I’ve been going there for years and never had an issue this last time I went I needed four tires and they are very economical. The mechanic who helped me with my alignment let me know I had an issue with the steering knuckle. The staff is so sweet, kind and very helpful.

Communication was excellent regarding a tune up on our 2012 Ford Flex as well as informing us certain parts (Headlights/Taillights) for this vehicle were to be obtained personally from a third party vendor due to the year/model of our vehicle. We were ok with the delay as it was important to us to have these specific parts replaced. Happy and content customer! Btw we upgraded the headlights to a 2013 Ford Flex 💪🏽
