I got a couple of flat/busted tires and came to this establishment to buy two new tires from this place for $300.02, including a fee for balancing the tires by themselves. We were given tires too big for my car and so we had to go back to have them fix that. I went back today for an alignment since my car was slightly drifting off to the side. We waited for the service to be completed only to be given back my keys. I was told that an alignment could not be preformed because the car frame was bent. So I left only to discover my car was heavily worse in veering off to the point my anti-traction light would flicker on and off. I called to let them know of this issue and they claimed they didn't touch it and to bring it back by in the morning. I went to Firestone instead to see what they would say. Did not tell Firestone any information other than hitting a pot hole and needing an alignment done. An alignment was preformed after an entire vehicle inspection was done. Nothing was found other than needing two tires replaced on the other side that have not been replaced yet. I asked about the frame and they said the frame was completely fine. I was given a walkthrough and shown what was found by Firestone. Stay away from NTB, they are will lie to you and will sabotage your car for you to come back for more services by them.

This place does a great job of taking care of their customers and really knowledgeable about cars! They stayed really late one night taking care of our car, after their promise to get it done that day. Little issues just kept getting them behind. Good guys!

Garrett was super nice, professional, and helpful the entire time. The store was also extremely clean and well kept. Definitely need more people and locations like this around. Highly recommend

But when you have a person like him that treats you as kindly and respectfully as he did - just wow! This man is a credit to society and this establishment. Additionally, he and his employee stayed late to fix my tire, they didnt even mentioned it was after closing. I was embarrassed when I realized they'd stayed late for me but I am still awe. Seriously, faith in humanity restored a little!! Thank you, Garret. You and your team are incredible!
