Good service overall! As expected, dealership service is more expensive than an independent shop, but I appreciate the convenience and professionalism. I especially like being able to text with the service team for updates, and the staff has always been friendly and communicative. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because this is the second time I’ve been told that my son’s service dog was not allowed in a loaner vehicle. This is a trained service dog for his disability, not an emotional support animal, so he is protected under the ADA. After I raised the issue with management, I pointed out that service animals are protected under the ADA, their team changed their position and said the only requirement was that we vacuum the vehicle before returning it, which is completely reasonable and something we’re happy to do. But this was the 2nd visit in the last year that the service desk initially said that the service dog was not permitted in the loaner at all. I don’t believe this was intentional, just an area where additional staff education on service animal laws would be helpful. Other than that, our experiences here have been positive. On a positive note, the service team has always been polite and ready to help. When I request that my vehicle be ready when I arrive so I can quickly swap the loaner, they’ve consistently had everything prepared, making drop-off and pick-up smooth and efficient. I also appreciate that they are not pushy about recommended maintenance services. They explain what is suggested based on mileage, but I’ve never felt pressured. Their communication is one of the things I value most, and they do an excellent job keeping customers informed throughout the process. Overall, I trust Hiley Hyundai’s service team and would confidently recommend them.

Amazing service center! I love how they walk you through everything and share a video assessment of your vehicle for each service appointment. Mary is the absolute best! She truly goes above and beyond. We showed up without an appointment close to closing the other day, and she helped us out. It made my day to see there was still this sort of kindness in the world. You would think when buy your car there and continue to come there for maintenance it would be more reasonable. My appointment was for 12, I arrived around 11:30 and walking out the door by 12:30. That was very nice.

View on GoogleOur car has had an long term ongoing intermittent issue since shortly after we bought it, although hiley was not able to completely diagnose the issue they gave it their best shot and afforded us a very nice loaner car in the meantime, I look forward to using this service dept. again.
