I had a great experience with Felts Family. They fixed the splash shield on my SUV quickly and professionally. Even when a few unexpected issues came up during the repair, they handled everything smoothly and kept me informed the whole time. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. I really appreciate the honesty and efficiency—definitely a place I’d trust again and recommend to others.

I was very impressed with how I felt like someone special not a regular customer. I highly recommend them. I was referred by 3 people and that means a lot.
View on GoogleAfter semi recent visit to a nearby shop off 1187 for different issue where I had experienced wait times days after quoted and issues with repair, I was skeptical about where to go for my new issue with coolant leak, I did my research and found Felt's Family, I gave them a go, and boy were they fast, my car drives wonderfully now, and the staff inside helped me to navigate billing and figure financing out after I was having issues. The best service of any shop I've ever been to. Not going anywhere else, I really suggest before going to places with negative reviews. The honesty and the hard work was wonderful. Thank you thank you thank you.

Bill made sure I was kept informed when there was a minor hiccup (not Felts’ fault) getting the right parts. I highly recommend.
View on GoogleMy right front brake was acting up. Told them it probably just needs to be bled. $90 assessment fee. They told me the caliper connection hose was crushed pinching off fluid supply. They give me a price of nearly$500 for repairs. I decline. They almost wouldn't give me my keys saying it's unsafe to drive. We came to an agreement. Took it home. Hose can't be crushed and inspected myself and it's fine. Bled the brakes. Got some air out. Guess what, it works fine now. They also said my 3 month old battery was bad and a dozen other problems. Wouldn't recommend. I'm from out of town. Visiting. I think they thought I was an easy mark. Thanks for wasted time and hassle.
