I called to get a quote, and when I informed Cody that I can't just bring it in. He didn't respond or say anything, just hung up the phone while I was in the middle of thanking him for taking my call. Definitely won't use it for my other car. Horrible phone call handling illustrates the character of the staff or the owner.
View on GoogleIf you have vehicle problems, do not bother going to any other shop, Burleson transmission repair shop has done a great job to all our cars. I wasted almost $500 getting estimates from two different shops and both were wrong. The fixed our are for a fair price and the car is running perfectly, thank you guys!

View on GoogleSo I’ve been fighting this Chevrolet truck for almost a year now I feel it shuttering in second in third just trying to be as easy as I can with it because my heart tells me the transmissions going out. I had another company look at it and say Yep the transmission is going bad so these guys give me a quote for a transmission build took me a couple of months to put that money together. Finally drop the truck off today at lunch. They checked it out, called me back within an hour and told me it’s not my transmission I had electrical issue and that’s the only thing they could find wrong with it. I was expecting a bill of over $3000 and to be without my truck for four or five days and I pick my truck up in about 2 1/2 hours and my bill was 90 bucks These gentlemen at Burleson transmission could’ve told me or sold me anything. I’m just flabbergasted $90 got my truck back the same day that’s just unreal when I told a couple of friends that’s who I was gonna let work on my truck they had already heard what I had not how honest these guys are how straightforward and professional it’s just unheard of these days. Thank you so much.
View on GoogleBeware. They ruined my sons cars motor in my opinion on purpose. He was driving it back and forth to work and it was running Great!! Purring like a kitten. It was leaking water and he had to put water in it every 2 or 3 days. We decided to get it fixed. We made a TERRIBLE MISTAKE!! We took it to burleson transmission! After a couple days they called and said it was the thermostat housing, $500 to fix. I said ok. A couple of days later they called and said its the intake manifold gasket. $500. A couple of days later they called and said the heads were warped and it needed a new motor, $5,000. So it cost me $994.60 to get a perfectly running car back, that now is a ornament in my front yard with a for sale sign on it that don't run. And also my sons friend happened to be by there and saw them revving up the engine really hard so that's surely what caused the blown head. When we went to pick it up, the engine cover was gone a long with the screws, if it wasn't for my son noticing we would've left without it, and they only gave us 2 screws out of 4 for the cover. basically just horrible service
