Been going here to get my oil changed for many years with no issues. A few weeks ago a had my first issue because the tech did not put my air filter back on correctly on my 2025 truck that didn’t need it changed. This cause my truck to start shutting off when stopped at a light. I took it back to this company and they said it couldn’t have been them. Took it to the dealer and they found the problem and explained it to me as well as wrote it down and provided a picture. Honestly, I wasn’t even upset about losing my truck for 3 days because mistakes happen. I just wanted my $198 dollars reimbursed that I had to pay to the dealer for fixing the non-warranty problem. That was a month ago and still nothing. This is not the way to treat loyal customers. 12-3-2025 response to sending email I sent an email as asked below more than 2 weeks ago with zero response. I am still out $195 due to your techs error in replacing my air filter

I went here last for my Foxbody's inspection and had an excellent experience with the young man that provided the service. He was nice, cordial, and professional. He made sure my lights worked, brakes/brake lights, turn signals, and horn. A typical inspection for a 1985 vehicle. Naturally, when it was time for another inspection, Burleson Quick Lube came to mind. Unfortunately for me, the young man from last year was no longer there. Instead, I had to deal with Victor. It's not that Victor was overwhelmingly rude, but he did seem to catch a slight attitude when I thought it best that I do the brake check with him in the passenger seat because of the shifter. As soon as I pulled in, I knew that I was in for a very stringent inspection. Please keep in mind that it's a simple safety inspection because my Mustang is an '85. Needless to say, he failed me on serval things: the driver's side seat belt is a little frayed, turn signal lenses on both sides are a little cracked, and my power steering fluid was low. I have never had anyone ask me to pop the hood for any inspection. He even had me cut the wheels to the right, broke out his little cell phone light for who knows what. This kid is ridiculous. I guarantee this is the last time I'll visit this place. By the way, I drove down the street and got my car inspected. 💪😁
View on GoogleWas my go to place but after the shitty service today I won’t be back. Tech Montgomery got in an out my car with oil all over him. It got on my seats, console, gearshift and inside the door. Tech Alex spilled oil under my hood. Had to check when I got home to see why it was smoking

View on GoogleWas a long time customer until today. I took my car there today to have them put my air filter back on that they left off during my last oil change. Waited 35 minutes after the attendant told me to give him a couple of minutes and he would take care of it. When I noticed he kept taking other customers ahead of me, I asked why he wasn’t putting my filter back on and he rudely told me to get the hell out of is shop. I will never ever do business with them again!! Total BS!!!!
