View on GoogleWe have been buying Toyotas for years previously we would always purchase from Redcomb Toyota and our service manager there for years was Thomas Bundick The last purchase was actually from Vic Vaughan Toyota, and when I went into the service department today to get my new Toyota Tacoma serviced Thomas Bundick . I was so happy to see him because he was always such an amazing service manager when we used Red combs service department. I definitely know that I will be getting the best treatment and service with Thomas being here at Vic Vaughn and I recommend anybody to ask for him when they’re getting their vehicle serviced Thank you, Thomas for your exceptional customer service skills.
View on GoogleDo not recommend this service center. The negative reviews are accurate. It took three days just to get a basic diagnostic. We were told the car would be ready, only to arrive and be told it had been pushed back again for another vehicle. At that point, it was already taken apart and needed another full day just to reassemble. Poor communication, repeated delays, and disorganization throughout. Take your car elsewhere.
View on GoogleThe service center needs some customer service lessons, everytime I come in for stuff I get treated like I dont know anything when I do know what I am talking about, they did the recall on my rav4 amd then the media screen ajd radio stopped working afterwards and a different rep told me it looked like it was going out, when in today and got it fixed and all they did was reboot the stupid thing. Before I had this vehicle we had a Kia optima and it had a bad vibration and no one would believe us after 3 times of them looking at it and making excuses I took it to ky mechanic and found out the cv axles where bad after looking at it right away, did not get remberassed for the mechanic or an apology for not being taken seriously when their lousy mechanics couldn't figure it out. Im so tired of the incompetent people in the service center called and was asking a question about my rav 4 and the guy was like you haft to bring it in and it would need to be looked at to see if its covered, I swear Im gona start going to a different Toyota dealership for my vehicle to be looked because the service Ive had hear is terrible. Update review they did alot better this time and I was treated better and felt like they actually wanted to help ne unlike previous times.
View on GoogleObnoxious. Went there once thinking I would get better service than in San Antonio. The upsold me on some service with some fast talk…fine, that’s on me…but since then they have been relentless with the phone calls and texts any time my vehicle has one of those service notifications. 4-5 calls per day…rapid fire in some cases. Cannot dis-recommend them enough for these trashy business practices, regardless of their service quality.
