Dealt with Christian and Brandon. Both very personable and professional. Took my Tahoe here and they diagnosed and replaced the water pump and belt within 2 days. Very honest and straight forward. Not pushy like alot of auto shops tend to be. The customer service will take me back to them in the future. Very hard to find 5 star customer service now a days and Belden's in Boerne provided that. Highly recommend.

They genuinely care was the impression I felt. Brandon‘s and staff were patient with all my questions. I even had a turn signal out and they fixed that without me even asking. Definitely we’d be my place to go for all car maintenance needs. Thank you you guys!!

I was worried about being judged, talked down to, or taken advantage of because I didn’t know much about vehicle maintenance. From the moment I arrived, Brandon made me feel completely comfortable. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel embarrassed for not knowing more about my car. Instead, he made me feel informed, confident, and genuinely cared for as a customer. I was in a difficult situation, and Brandon and the team worked with me to make things happen. The entire experience was professional, transparent, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a business that treats people with this level of respect and honesty. Because of this experience, I finally feel comfortable staying on top of my vehicle maintenance, and I know exactly where I’ll be going from now on. I would recommend this shop to anyone in Boerne and the surrounding areas. Honestly, I’d drive across town just to come here. View on GoogleFor a while, there was a rattling noise coming from my engine, and I couldn’t isolate it and determine where it was coming from. I replaced the harmonic balancer serpentine belt and tensioner myself, but the noise was still persisting. I took it to Josh Tarpley and he was able to work with his mechanics to isolate the noise and fix the issue. They were very professional reasonably priced and amazing quality. They were transparent and honest and the entire experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend working with Josh Tarpley and the crew on any future mechanical issues I have with any of my vehicle vehicles

The staff was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and answered all my questions without any pressure. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s hard to find a shop that’s honest, informative, fairly priced, and efficient, but Belden Automotive delivered on all of it.
