What could have been a stressful week of a my QX80 being unusable ended up being the easiest part of my week-thanks to Faylin Miller! She was kind, decisive and communicative. This has been an ongoing issue with my QX80 so having someone who was able to provide a plan (towing, loaner car and the best diagnostic technician-Cody!) in a matter of minutes was amazing. She kept me updated during the time and really listened to my concerns and previous issues with the vehicle. She made sure my extended warranty actually provided me with the coverage I pay for without the hassle that usually goes into it. Cody’s diagnostic video was super easy to understand and I felt confident the actual problem would be addressed this time. Faylin went above and beyond every chance she got-because I believe that’s who she is at her core. In a world of multiple luxury SUV’s and dealerships, having a team like Faylin and Cody really makes the difference! A huge thank you to you both!!

I couldn’t help but share my experience in taking my vehicle in For an oil change. As I drove in for service, I immediately was greeted by Max. I was actually looking for Francisco because he was the one that was previously wait on me. However, I was told that he no longer worked there. Max assured me that I would be taken care of and that he would be my service rep throughout the time I would be waiting. I appreciate that because however, I was so nervous cause I was not used to him. While I was waiting for my oil change, Max stopped in the waiting area to let me know that they discovered I had a leak. He assured me that it was under warranty and not to worry. I appreciate Max keeping me updated. I appreciate the level of experience and knowledge that Max has. I felt so comfortable being around him as he was patient with me, he answered every question thoroughly regarding concerns that I had and we went over a plan for future maintenance that was going to need to be done. Max helped me prioritize what needed to be taken care of first. I appreciate the level of patience, kindness, Attentiveness, detailed to excellence And professionalism that Max possess. He is to be commended to providing detailed to excellent customer service.

We had an amazing experience buying our vehicle from HEATHER at this dealership. She was quick fun and professional. They made us a deal we just could not pass up and I got the exact vehicle I wanted. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

I own a 2025 QX60, and we’ve had problems with it ever since we bought it. The first issue occurred around November or December due to engine noise; when I took it in for service, they told me they already knew what the problem was and that a recall would be issued, but they never contacted us. In the months that followed—and up to the present day—the vehicle has continued to show an engine error. We took it in for service again, but they don't know what the issue is; they kept telling me they had fixed it when they hadn't. The last time this happened, I was driving on I-10 at 70 mph when the engine error light came on and the vehicle's speed dropped to 10 mph—I was almost rear-ended. I am eight months pregnant and have a toddler, yet the dealership's solution was for me to rent a car if I didn't want to drive mine, stating they (James Waite )wouldn't lend me a vehicle and couldn't guarantee my car was in good condition. They also refuse to accept a trade-in or buy the vehicle back, so if anything happens to me, we will hold them responsible. Irene sierra
