Took my wife’s Mercedes in for servicing here, and I am so glad I did. The dealership was charging way too much with very little guarantees, but Premier1 Dominion blew them out of the water.Unlike the dealership, they didn't try to upcharge us at all and honored the excellent price they quoted. The best part? They gave us a 3-year warranty, while the dealership wanted twice the money for a measly 6-month warranty. The team took the time to answer all of our questions, made us feel incredibly welcome, and truly earned our business. Their price and customer service completely top the dealership.

I don’t even know where to start. Premier1 presents itself as a high-end shop, but my recent experience seriously questioned their workmanship. I’ve been going to Premier1 for over a year without issues when getting routine services like oil changes. However, about two months ago I brought my car in for minor accident-related suspension work. Initially everything seemed fine, but immediately after getting the car back I noticed a very loud clanking noise when driving over bumps. The vehicle also felt noticeably unstable under load and during normal driving, which was extremely concerning from a safety standpoint. After having the vehicle inspected at another shop, I learned that a retaining clip from the strut packaging had been left installed and multiple front-suspension components were not tightened to proper torque specifications. The second shop specifically noted that the replacement-part bolts were either extremely loose or nowhere near manufacturer torque spec. This created a serious safety concern and resulted in additional repair costs to correct the mistakes. The shop looks professional and the staff are polite, but workmanship and quality control matter far more. Based on this experience, I cannot trust Premier1 with mechanical repairs.

They communicate clearly and are always welcoming and friendly. Their facility is sparkling clean and they are down to earth people. I love that they know me, my car, and its history.

I have been using premiere1 since they opened on San Pedro years ago. They are the most honest shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They give you a full and clear list of needed work and suggestions to make your vehicle run and drive as well as possible. They offer premium service and have fantastic customer service. Their waiting area is top notch and they will get a ride for you anywhere you need to go. I refer all of my friends and family to this shop. All have reported back great service. Anything you need done, bring it to this shop. They will take great care of you.
